We chose the pub due to the location and the promise of a decent pie for the evening meal. We had just finished a week on a boat cruising the Broads and needed a place to relax. The pub is located in sleepy village where rush hour usually involved a tractor or two. Staff were attentive and it was apparent that dogs were very welcome and we can say that all the dogs we saw were all well behaved, just a bit excited. Room was lovely, plenty of hot water, and very easy to drop off to sleep, other than a dodgy fire alarm, but was sorted quickly by the staff. Yes the pies were very good, using local produce. Breakfast was lovely, again good quality, and didn’t leave hungry.

Blakeney Quay is beautiful with marshland stretching out as far as the eye can see. Lovely walks to Cley with beautiful windmill. Very interesting for birdwatchers in winter. Nearby to Holkam Hall as well as Walsingham and the Slipper Chapel.

Blakeney is lovely and The Manor is a great place to stay.
Blakeney is lovely and The Manor is a great place to stay. I would recommend eating in their bar area which seems more spacious and relaxed than the dining room. Bar offerings disappointed on a couple of occasions. Another guest recommended the cocktails at The Blakeney which she said were far better than The Manor but priced the same.

A beautiful place ideal for families .
A beautiful place ideal for families . Great for children even adults who want to go crabbing . Ideal for boating and paddle boarding . A great place if you want to relax and enjoy your surroundings . The only downside unless I missed it was a fish and chip shop which I think would do well there .

Picturesque setting, pleasant pubs, good cafes. Lovely walks. Good base to visit other places. Excellent for dog lovers.
Car parking at quayside expensive. Food a tad expensive in the deli on the front plus slow service there.

Blakeney is a beautiful little harbour town with regular boat trips to sea the North Norfolk coast and it's wildlife. Crabbing can be done from the dock. Pubs, restaurants, cafés and food vans all very good. Perfectly situated for access to other coastal towns. Walking routes, car access and a bus route.
It is perfectly situated for couples seeking to explore Blakeney and its surrounding areas on foot. With its spacious, very tidy, and clean accommodations, prime location, ample car parking facilities, and utility room convenience, and furthermore, the very attentive helpful hosts - this establishment truly stands out among others in the area. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! We will come back.
From the moment we arrived through to our departure Blakeney House and the staff were everything you could want from a hotel and more. The accommodation and food were of the highest quality and we feel very happy to recommend as a base for a trip to North Norfolk with everything within easy reach across the north coast.
The White Horse was one of the most pleasant and comfortable hotels we have stayed in; a lovely old building, welcoming and unpretentious, in a gorgeous location. Room was spacious yet cosy, and breakfast was delicious. We also had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant.
This big old manor house now hotel, is hidden away in the middle of town - perfect for exploring locally or driving out along the coast.
I really loved the stylish decor and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Good central location for Blakeney quiet residential area.
Spacious property which accommodated all our needs.
Sophie also kept in touch with answering texts and allowed an earlier arrival.
Bramble Cottage was clean, well situated and the hosts were very friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which was very tasty. Blakeney itself was a lovely place to visit.
Beautifully located overlooking Blakeney harbour, comfortable bedrooms, spacious public areas, free parking, excellent choice and quality of food, very helpful staff.
