We were excited to stay here just by the pictures and reviews and we were not let down what an amazing place.From the approach to the Hall to walking round during our stay we were in total awe of the Hall wish we had stayed the previous night and can't wait to stay again for my Daughters graduation at the Racing College.Debbie and Thomas were brilliant so friendly and helpful we felt as if we were at home just a bit posher so from start to finish our stay was a wonderful experience Room Food People and the Hall ❤️

Breakfast fine. Dinner on Saturday very good but room not what I booked. Confusion about first one thing then another. Booking.com didn’t help. In the description of facilities It offered a swimming pool. There was none.

Location for wedding at Bawtry Hall is ideal. Restaurant prices a bit steep but plenty of options on the High Street. Staff very friendly. Breakfast options good and always well stocked. Car park is pay on arrival but is easy to do & reasonably priced. Not too sure about the memory foam mattresses on the beds as they seem to take the form of the person before!!

Noisy room above the bar where the staff were playing music after it was closed. Asked them to turn it down twice which they did but didn't turn it off until 1.30 am. Also noise from the carpark for sainsbury's outside and the road so not much sleep. But they did let us check in early and the room was quite nice just a bit too warm.

The small market town is lovely and is all lit up at night. Plenty of wine bars with nice places to eat, we went into 4 different places and they were all furnished and decorated to a high stantard, the menus were good. There are lots of independent shops on the high street and 2 pretty arcades with the same. The people are friendly

Small and interesting town with historical interest. We stayed in the Crown Hotel - an old venue which has been modernised. The bar was open late which was good as we returned from a party and fancied a night cap.
Parking in the town overnight is expensive,

The hotel is nice and modern with comfortable rooms. The food was really nice although it is a bit overpriced. The cheapest thing on the menu is £15 for either a salad or a ciabatta.
The rooms are lovely just a shame about the mattress as they are memory foam and far too soft and not comfortable when you move around. Doesn’t support the back.
The hotel kindly upgraded us to an executive room for our wedding anniversary. The room was excellent, very cosy, extremely comfortable, especially the sunken bed and we enjoyed having the lounge seating area. The complementary hamper of goodies was a nice touch.
We had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had from an hotel. All staff service was superb, professional and friendly. Hope to stay here again in the future.
This property certainly lives unto it’s name. It is quintessentially a perfect cottage in a perfect village. The first thing you will say is this is so Cosy☺️It is well located in the heart of Bawtry which is ideal for shopping and socialising. The cottage is so well presented that you won’t be able to help yourself but to call into the nearby interior designers “womacks” and buy some of the interior finishes. 10 out of 10.
We stayed here after a family wedding at Bawtry hall. the property is a 2 min walk from the hall, perfectly located in the centre of Bawtry. The apartment was immaculate, finished to an exceptionally high standard with everything needed for a perfect stay. The host, Paul, was extremely accommodating with all my questions and altering of arrival times to suit myself. a fantastic stay and we will return! Thank you!
The room was large, clean & well equipped. The continental breakfast supplied was fresh and plentiful and good quality . Out hosts were very friendly and approachable. The property is located a few minutes drive from Bawtry town centre where there are ample places to eat & drink.
Basically I would highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely stay here when we are next in the area.
Hospitable and friendly family run hotel, excellent accommodation and the owners have clearly given thought to guests' requirements and catered accordingly. It is these small touches, like making sure there is plenty of tea and coffee, even fruit juice and a selection of continental breakfast items that sets them apart from the soulless, process driven establishments.
Second time we have stayed at Bawtrys and most impressed Staff are very helpful and polite ,breakfast was an experience in the small friendly attached cafe. Try the large breakfast -you will not be disappointed We have stayed in another large hotel in Bawtry which does not come anywhere near the quality . We will be back for our next visit.
location was good / the room was ok / break was too much money because there was no choice on the menu you could not order anything different for example a cheese omelet / also like most uk hotel no complementary water like asian hotels / to buy water from the crown it would cost you 8 pounds for 2 bottles
The room was a good size and very close to the wedding we were attending, we struggled with parking at the hotel but reception informed us of the car park at the venue and that the gates would be locked at night but opened in the morning so everything went well.
Stunning cottage with everything we could possibly need. Hosts were marvellous and the attention to detail was incredible. We will definately choose here again having stayed in Bawtry many times, this is definately our preferred choice.
