When we arrived we were met by a very friendly and welcoming lady. The room and ensuite bathroom we were given were very clean and a good size. There was a free bottle of water for each of us, various teas and coffee, and 2 packets of biscuits. Which was very nice.

Very easy to find and the hosts were very accommodating given the fact that I was very late getting there .
Minutes from Woodside Park Tube, Glenlyn Hotel has good access to the Wembley Complex, Alexandra Palace and Central London, without the Central London prices.
Convenient for Wembley and Alexandra Palace, Heatherbank Guest House offers good value and high standards in North Finchley, 20 minutes from London city centre.

A beautiful building and stunning gardens 😍
Large dining area
Lovely owner. Wonderful to talk to her about the history of the building. I felt it was under used and somewhat dated.
We talked about our past works and I mentioned I ran a Nursery school in the Middle East and her building could well lend it self to a change of business for additional revenue!

I liked having a shared kitchen with tea and coffee and proper milk. I also liked having a fridge in my room and cooking facilities.
There was a lovely garden and all of the long stay tenants were friendly.
The owner was lively and very accomadating

The friendliness of the neighbourhood.
The friendliness of the neighbourhood. The access to restaurants and cafes - there is such a variety of cuisines! The access to transport - easy access to greater London by car or train. Plus a big Sainsbury's on the High St.

My attraction to Barnet is Oak Hill College, where friends are studying for their degrees in Theology. Barnet itself has nice cafes and restaurants and is a relatively safe and quiet area with easy access to London and Heathrow.

Beautiful grounds and an attractive lodge for a quiet, peaceful visit, just off the M25. A great place to stay outside of London, with a direct tube line to South Kensington if you wish to visit the Natural History Museum, Science Museum or the Royal Albert Hall.

There is a main street within a short walk if you need to get any supplies; there seems to be a pretty good variety of eateries too, although we did not visit any on this visit. The tube is about 6-8 mins walk depending on your stride length....so all in all it is a good base to explore as well.
Comfy, clean with a helpful and friendly staff. While across London with an hour and a half journey, having Heathrow and Cockfosters on the Picadilly Underground (tube) line meant a no change trip from the airport. Brooklyn House is about a ten minute walk to the tube and then about a 30 minute trip into Central London. Further it is on the bus route to the station with the bus stop over the road. The Cockfosters village is about a ten minute walk providing the essentials with a great baker shop.
Ticked all the boxes for me
✔️ Great location, easily accessed by car and minutes away from tube. Round the corner from High Street, plenty of shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighbourhood
✔️ Large, clean room with all the usual facilities.
✔️ PARKING
✔️ Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in/out process. Great communication from hotel before arrival.
✔️ Hotel was generally clean and well kept.
Although in the same grounds as the owner’s property, the cabin felt private and secluded. There was a lovely area of decking with table and chairs which we would have used had the weather been better. Inside, it is very comfortable with a good size bedroom and kitchen/sitting area. We find the area a perfect place to get into London - we walked to High Barnet underground station, around 20 minutes.
The house is located very close to buses and an underground station. Easy to move around London. Although in a central area, the house is very quiet. The house was immaculate and homely. The owner was warm, friendly, and very helpful. We all slept well on comfortable beds. The facilities were very good. Breakfast had a good variety of produce and the hot food was cooked fresh and great quality.
The accommodation was excellent. The owners were brilliant and very welcoming, they ensured we had everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect - even helping us work out a route to a concert we had booked. All of the facilities were to a high standard, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a trip to London.
It was very clean and modern. It was exactly as shown in the photos on the booking. Coffee machine with a good supply and variety of coffee pods. Powerful shower. Even though its on a High Street it is really quiet. Comfortable bed. Good Internet.
Short walk from the tube.
This flat had everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again next time I stay in London.
the hotel did not open the door and I could not enter the hotel, so I did not use the facility at all, surprisingly you booked the room fees although it said payment at the hotel, I contacted the hotel they said they did not book the money but you Bookin.com did this, I urge you to refund the room fees as I was not allowed to enter the hotel.
Room was spacious, clean and tidy.
Perfect location for getting a bus or Uber to the train station to head into central London.
Restaurants NEXT DOOR.
Also, Paulina (receptionist) was really helpful and polite; as were all the staff at the hotel.
Room was very clean and spacious, facilities just right for short stay.
Location excellent for access to High Street, yet quiet as it's set back from the road.
Parking space definitely useful for the area.
Would be happy to book again.
Excellent cosy hotel very close to many means of public transport that place you in the center of London in just a few minutes. Incredibly helpful and kind staff with great predisposition!
The hotel was good and the price was good
The only thing is that, you need to walk around 17 minutes to the nearest bus station, also the taxi is difficult to reach there to pick up you.
Location was excellent for getting into central London.
Host Jasmine was welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was great-gave us a a good start ready for our busy day of sightseeing.
Very good for visiting Cockfosters, Barnet, Finchley and surroundings - a country house in extensive and lovely grounds but in striking distance of London
