Had a very nice stay at the property with my wife and two daughters. It is a spacious two bedroom apartment which was very clean and tidy. It's just off the high street so lots of food options nearby. The station is a short 6-7 min walk from the location (northern line). The property manager was very responsive over messages and can be contacted for any support.

The room was large and airy with a cute en suite. The water beside the bed, the towels & the products in the shower were all lovely extras we didn’t expect.
It was perfectly positioned for what we needed. Plenty of roadside parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Owners were very friendly & welcoming. We were given a key so we could get in after our celebration without disturbing anyone. Nothing not to like. Totally recommend.

My room overlooked an attractive back garden.
Although it is near the main road, there are trees that absorb the traffic noise so it was nice and quiet.

Location was great to visit Alexandra Palace and very close to tube station. Plenty of place to eat nearby. The breakfast was very good along with plenty of options. The room was very clean and comfortably as well as providing tea/coffee facilities. I would definitely stay here if I visited the area again. It is also good value for money and in a lovely area away from the hustle of central London.
Owners were really friendly and helpful. Didn't realise at time of booking that it was shared bathroom facilities, which isn't ideal. Bathroom was very clean and tidy though, and our room was beautifully presented. A breakfast option (even just cereal and pastries) would have been great, but overall a very nice property with really lovely and friendly owners. Location is ideal for Cockfosters and Oakwood tube stations less than 10min walk away. On street parking seemed plentiful.

The hotel was fairly cheap for London and for the standard we found it in. It was very clean, pretty comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly when we engaged with them. Breakfast was nice enough. For the standard of the facilities and rooms, and for the location (a fair distance from central London), this was good value for money. Reception also sells sweets, drinks and even paracetamol which are very useful after a long drive and considering you're situated at a service station.
