A luxurious retreat in the middle of a bucolic countryside. Modern and relaxed would be the way I would describe the decor. Our room was spacious and well equipped. My daughter and I did book massages at the spa, which were wonderful. We tried both restaurants and were happy with our meals. The views from the restaurants were amazing.

Very homely. We cooked and had family meal in the kitchen and played board games in lounge with open fire lit. Loved the views and seeing sheep and rabbits and hearing all the birds. Kids played in both gardens and played swing ball. Enjoyed by 10 year old and 16 yr old. Really close to the town and rathlin boat. Patricia was so easily contactable and helped advise us where to park in town during maritime festival. When family lives are so busy with work and school it was a perfect place to regroup and all enjoy being together

Quiet location. We liked the view from our bedroom window. The bathroom was next door to the bedroom. There was breakfast available even though it wasn’t expected so pleasant surprise!
Brilliant location. Close to centre and restaurants and close to city front. Parking. Nice, cosy place itself. Good seating area, spacious social kitchen with own door outside.
Host was lovely too. Good communication, nothing was a problem. Will definitely be back.

Our choice of accommodation was in a great location .
Our choice of accommodation was in a great location . Easy access to the town. Near the Co Op . The nice restaurant at The Diamond Bar 👍and short walk to the sea front . Ballycastle is busy so better to book if you want to eat out especially at weekends . Plenty of choice . Beach is lovely . Beach and parks closed to dogs. Rathlin Islamd worth a trip but again book the ferry in advance . Also give yourself at least 3 hours on the island if you want to go to the RSPB centre . Grab breakfast at the Thyme Cafe . 👍

Sharon was a very attentive host providing us with excellent tips on where to eat, places to visit & with the weather being a total washout on our first day, with high winds, & heavy showers, she provided advice on some quality alternative experiences.
A superb host, providing clean, luxurious accommodation in a location 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the town, with a breakfast to set you up to reach base camp on Everest...we would definitely recommend
It’s a gorgeous, pristine and well maintained cottage, everything is there for you, and it’s located in Ballycastle very close to the town centre and beach 🏖️ , spacious and with powerful heating. I love the furniture in the kitchen and dining area. All beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless and welcoming. The host is fantastic, you can not get better communication than this. The cottage has its own parking 🅿️ , super convenient, a beautiful and quiet area too.
The property and hosts, Krissie and Chris, were exceptional. The bedroom and en-suite were of the highest specification and extremely comfortable. Guests have access to their own lounge which again was so comfortable. Breakfast was so tasty. Krissie and Chris were so welcoming and gave us a tour of Ballycastle so we could get our bearings. This is exceptional, high end accommodation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay with Chrissie & Chris. We felt immediately at home and were delighted by their personal touches and willingness to share time with us. Every aspect of our room, breakfasts and location for walking to local pubs and restaurants was great. What a way to wrap up a 16 day trip to Ireland and Northern Ireland!
This property has everything you need and so much more! Located right at the heart of Ballycastle. Lots of restaurants, cafes and quick eats at walking distance. There’s even a little market a few blocks away.
The owners were very attentive and quick responding any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again!
Property was really tastefully decorated in a cool, funky fashion. Extremely clean and the hosts were really nice and accommodating. The game room is pretty cool! The breakfast was scrumptious and the menu is pretty varied. Highly recommend staying here!
Breakfast was outstanding, I felt like I was dining at a 5 star restaurant. The room was extremely clean and had no issues with anything in the room/bathroom. The hosts were beyond friendly and I can’t recommend Glass Island BallyCastle enough.
Great location nice quiet cul-de-sac but still close enough to walk into Ballycastle - a 10-15 minute stroll
Beautiful house, log burner, spacious bedrooms, quality kitchen with all you need and the best bath ever
Beautifully appointed, spacious accommodation very much appreciated after a few weeks of cramped hotel rooms. Delightful and helpful hostess. Very nicely presented breakfast too. A highlight of our Irish trip.
Easily the nicest place we stayed on our three-week tour of Ireland. There is a very nice kitchen, inviting living room, place to eat outside, grand views, and best of all, very comfortable beds.
Apartment is in a good location in Ballycastle, the bedrooms are nice and it’s a good size with a well equipped kitchen. Our host John contacted us with information before arrival which was good.
