Characterful property, really friendly staff, lovely big room and tasty breakfast (extra charge). I got back late after attending the Midlands Air Festival all day just down the road at Ragley Hall to find a singer on. Great tunes and atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

Lovely large rooms, lots of choice for breakfast - but it's not buffet style, the hotel staff are very helpful. There's also an electric car charging point, you need to download an app.
The bar/pub next door has good selection of Indian tapas and the drinks are good value.

We stayed at the green dragon on our way down to Cornwall. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The girl working that evening was great and despite some of other reviews on here Anne the landlady was welcoming and made time to talk to us even though she was in pain from an injury earlier in the day. Phil was welcoming and the food was out of this world. The regulars make it everyone was so friendly. Would recommend highly
Located in Redditch and within 8.8 km of Coughton Court, The Hotel Rafiya, Redditch features a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a lovely ambience with a place to sit both before and after the meal. I was disappointed to find no information in the room relating to wifi or breakfast times. Consequently we were late for breakfast but we were still served. There was a music duo playing which apparently happens once a fortnight on a Friday. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Alcester is lovely.
Alcester is lovely. I used to live there, and it was lovely to go back - good pubs, some restaurant options and good pub-food options.
Great location to explore South Warwickshire/North Cotswolds/North Worcestershire.
The Moat House, Turks Head and, a little further afield in Great Alne, the recently re-opened Mother Huff Cap offer good food options.
Panache 50 offers good Indian dining, and Amore Italian offers lovely food (try the huge calzone!).
Good coffee shops/tea rooms.
