The staff were exceptional. We had an onward issue that needed to be dealt with, and despite the language barrier (our fault), the staff went out of their way to help us and resolve the situation.
I only gave a small smile for the location as for our needs we would have preferred to be nearer Poitiers, however in our free time we found the hotel in the perfect location for anyone staying in this actual town.

Mathew was a very attentive host and we found everything in his BnB upmarket,the bedroom,bathroom,dining room,all tastefully decorated. Food was delicious,parking ( under covered and secure) right outside.

The accommodation was perfect. It was a good size, beautifully and tastefully furnished.....very French! The facilities were exceptionally clean. The location was in a peaceful residential area, close to a boulangerie and store. The bed was large and very comfortable.

A lovely quiet location, a nice welcome from the owner and her delightful young daughter who, upon request, makes some amazing giant chocolate chip cookies!
Everything clean and comfortable, the option to use the owner ‘s large indoor pool ( we didn’t get round to using it).
Within 15mns walk of picturesque Vouille with a lovely riverside restaurant.
We had a lovely comfortable room in the chateau with a balcony and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Dinner in the hotel was truly excellent. Breakfast was taken out on the terrace. Very friendly welcome and extremely pleasant staff. The chateau is truly shabby-chic, but has a lovely atmosphere and is extremely comfortable.
The hotel has a huge garden and in a very quiet location. The hotels policy to accept dogs very appreciated, and we got a big room in a separate building just as we asked for.
