Location was very good for getting into central Lyon and it was close to our friend's flat. Secure parking facilities were essential for us and this was a big bonus in a large city.

It is a high rise, high density inner city accommodation area with all the problems you would expect.
The people we met however were lovely and friendly and the market held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday had some great produce.

I highly recommend the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel indicates there is an air conditioner but it does not work. The receptionist is told that the guy who operates air conditioners is not there and the air conditioner can not be turned on, but in the lobby and in the dining room the air conditioner works.
You may not be paying for a room with an air conditioner and you get a room with no air conditioner. Unable to sleep hot and sweating, in short horror.
The apartment was clean and conform to description. No bad surprises :). The host was available if needed and friendly. The idea of opening with a code is good. The kitchen is well equipped with the daily needed ustensiles for our stay. Close to the tgv station (15mns walking distance) and few meters away from a main bus stop. If you are coming to Lyon and prefer not to stay too close the the busy area yet in a very easily reachable zone well accommodated this place is what you are looking for.
First of all, I liked the good nature, positivity and responsiveness of the owner Philippe. The breakfasts he prepared from natural products were not only very tasty, but also charged with positivity for the whole day thanks to his company. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. An ideal place for solo travel.
Location although slightly out of centre is very close to metro, 20min into centre by train. Hotel parking excellent, Supermarkets and fast food restaurants a very short walk away. Staff very good and helpful. Apartment a good size, a good experience for a reasonably priced accommodation for 4 people.
Check - in is very direct and easy. Apartment is ideal for a couple, Cosy and clean. Location was perfect for us as we came to a music festival that was 400m away, Lyon city center is a bit further but there is a regular public transport that takes you to city center of Lyon within 30/40 min.
Clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully renovated, very well equipped, located in a quiet neighbourhood with boulangerie and everyday stores all at a stone's throw, walking distance to Tram (Einstein-INSA) and Metro (Gratte Ciel) lines. Kind and reactive host.
The apartment was very good in clean condition throughout with off road parking. The only thing missing was a washing machine as we were staying for 24 nights. Apart from this excellent accommodation. Very close to bus and tram lines to get to the centre of lyon.
An excellent room with plenty of features - TV, music, air con. The shared facilities were very clean and modern, and the complimentary breakfast basic but a welcome touch. Right by the Metro, making getting to and from Lyon a breeze.

As Lyon has became very uncomfortable to drive, the parking spot in the car park is very convenient!
Close to the underground. The staff can be easily reached and reply fast. There are many facilities to use in the kitchen: gas oven and stove! We like our stay here and will come back when we visit lyon again
The location of this studio was good, just two stops on the tram from Lyon Part-Dieu station. It was a pleasant residential neighbourhood, with a supermarket close by, plus bars and restaurants.
People at the reception were kind. Rooms are comfy and have everything you need. A beautiful park is really near the hotel. The area isn't touristic, so you get a real Lyon feeling.
The location is superb 100 meters from a metro station. Rooms are large and clean. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is superb. I would definitely stay again in the hotel.
