The location was marvelous. A splendid view over the town and the Rhone valley. A lovely and truly French apartment under the roof, right on top of one of the hills of Lyon. The apartment is in a tiny little, hardly used street, and the area is rather difficult to access by cars, so there is hardly any traffic. In other words, it's very quiet. Still, it's possible to get there by car, and there is parking space available, too.

There were several issues that affected our stay.
There were several issues that affected our stay. The rental was overpriced considering the quality of service provided. Despite reserving for three people, the sofa bed did not have any linens available upon our arrival. Additionally, there were only two hand towels provided, which was insufficient. The lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience and should not have been the case. Furthermore, the absence of curtains on the windows resulted in unwanted light from street lamps and compromised our sleep and our privacy, allowing direct views of neighboring properties. Overall, these shortcomings greatly impacted our satisfaction of Caluire-et-Cuire.

Very nice residential part of Lyon, with great views on Lyon if you climb the hill. Very calming area for walking or jogging along the Rhone. There are necessary shops along the streets with greater traffic frequency.

Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. I went for a wedding, didn't get a chance to explore. Caluire is not a difficult place to get around, it is fairly easy to get by. Good transport location to the Town. There was a kebab restaurant near by that I really enjoyed, don't quite remember the name of the restaurant. Overall, great hotel.

The room was extremely comfortable, I slept very well, the air conditioning was excellent and was subtle without being noisy, excellent bathroom facilities and having the fridge and little kitchen was a bonus.
I only used the fridge but the option was nice.
Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very polite.

The hotel was quiet from a noise perspective considering how busy the streets were around it. The location is perfect for exploring Lyon.

Very cosy affordable hotel with clean rooms, hospitable staff and decent continental breakfast. It is well positioned toward the congress centre (Centre de Congres de Lyon), and bus station is just around the corner. Also surrounding of the hotel is nice - relatively quiet suburban area, close to the Rhone river with nice parks, walking and recreation area. Very close to the hotel there are a few groceries for a necessary supply.
Hotel is located near the Conference centre (a few minutes walk), equipped with 2 elevators (queue is usually less than 1 minute), air conditioning worked properly, breakfast contained French cheese assortment (minimum 3 different types), my bed was made every day; the receptionist helped me about booking a taxi for my way back to the airport... Good location, in a quiet place right next to the bus stop. The apartment is large and spacious, with a much better price-quality ratio than nearby hotels. Full access to the kitchen, with a set of necessary items, allows you to cook yourself and save money. Contact with the host is easy and pleasant. It meets the requests of even the most demanding clients.

I highly recommend this place to stay, and defiantly try other branches if this hotel in paris,Toulouse or somewhere else.
Very convenient location, easy to reach from Part-Dieu and located in a beautiful part of the city. Very comfortable, with a perfectly adequate breakfast buffet and all amenities one could hope for in a hotel room. Great for a night's sleep, but also entirely alright to spend the day inside of and relax.
Brand new facility (we were apparently the 2nd people to stay there) The staff and Management were warm and friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel, it felt more like we were staying with friends.
Passable - lots of break ins in cars near the parc de la tete d’or at lunch times if you are traveling in a rented car beware they break back window and remove what they can from boot - as happened to us yesterday 9 August between 13h00 and 14h00 - this is a 5 minute drive from the hotel
