Location was very good for getting into central Lyon and it was close to our friend's flat. Secure parking facilities were essential for us and this was a big bonus in a large city.

It is a high rise, high density inner city accommodation area with all the problems you would expect.
The people we met however were lovely and friendly and the market held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday had some great produce.

I highly recommend the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel indicates there is an air conditioner but it does not work. The receptionist is told that the guy who operates air conditioners is not there and the air conditioner can not be turned on, but in the lobby and in the dining room the air conditioner works.
You may not be paying for a room with an air conditioner and you get a room with no air conditioner. Unable to sleep hot and sweating, in short horror.
This is a great cozy apartment on the ground floor, with its own garden. The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. Especially we want to note the place where it is located. We can confidently say Villeurbanne is the best place to live and relax in Métropole de Lyon. There is nearby a metro station, tram stop, bakery, church. You can always walk to a huge city park, with a botanical garden and a zoo. And also - to the Part-Dieu train station.
This is indeed a perfect option. A flat is very nice: obviously, it was furnished with due care as if the host was planning it to be a personal flat. There is a lot of space in the parlour, accompanied by a nice and large balcony, where there is enough space even to have an outdoor breakfast. The location is very close as to the center, so to a wonderful park la Tête d'Or.
I definitely recommend and would stay here again, should I return to Lyon.
The flat was very easy to get to. We took the Rhoneexpress tram schuttle from the airport. The schuttle connects to the Metro A line. From the Flachet stop its a short walk to the flat. The Neighborhood is residential. There is a nice Creperie close to Fachet at 249. The beds are very comfortable. The flat has a nice layout. It's comfortable and feels spacious. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing. It was a horrific experience. Our flight arrived late in the night. We were forced to find another hotel at midnight. The bed was dirty and unmade. The towels in the drawer had blood stains. There were also mouse feces on the towels. There was not any toilet paper. No closet. No refrigerator in the "kitchen." It did not remotely match the Booking description. I have never experienced a similar situation.
The location is not best to see Lyon, but it is 10 min on foot from the University, so it was perfect to me. The breakfast is good and various - all you want is there. The water strength is amazing, didn't expect it and was pleasantly surprised. It was very quiet, the soundproof is good. The room is big and cozy! They also have separate bathroom and the toilet which was also a pleasant surprise!

First of all, I liked the good nature, positivity and responsiveness of the owner Philippe. The breakfasts he prepared from natural products were not only very tasty, but also charged with positivity for the whole day thanks to his company. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. An ideal place for solo travel.
Stayed here for two nights with a friend. Very clean and spaceful, nice view over the surrounding roads. Good location to stay for a few days to visit Lyon, since it's just 20min metro from the center and very close to the nearest metro station. Spaceful room with large bed and beautiful lights as in photos.
While in Lyon, my wife developed a urinary tract infection. The facility manager arranged for a physician to come to the hotel and the physician examined and prescribed an antibiotic - all for 50 Euros ($58). Truly exceptional customer service and care. Highly recommended!
Close to the underground. The staff can be easily reached and reply fast. There are many facilities to use in the kitchen: gas oven and stove! We like our stay here and will come back when we visit lyon again
The apartment is in a great location. Very easy to reach by tram, metro and/or Velo'v so you can move easily throughout Lyon. Supermarket practically under the house as well as a pastry shop for breakfast.
Very clean studio, modern bathroom, modern furniture. Coffee machine, fridge and cooking stove available. Good internet connection. About 10 - 12 minutes walking distance to Flachet metro station.
The staff were nice and helpful but other than that nothing to recommend this hotel..dirty, dingy and not nice…not AC..looks nothing like the photos…not 3 stars…dreadful ..do not recommend
the breakfast was excellent with selection of fruit, juice, hams, cheese and croissants. The wifi was the best wifi I have had in an hotel ever. Staff very friendly and helpful!
