Great location right between Nice and Antibes! The pool was nice and the beach view from the pool is spectacular! Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a great supermarket right across the street. Loved the Nespresso machine in the apartment! The terrace is also lovely! And the sofa in the livingroom is small but really comfy! Communication with the host was also great! The apartment has everything you need for a nice and homey vacation, even a dedicated garage spot.

It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. There are many nice cafes near the Marina and Croisette Jean Marchand.

In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy!
One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return.
On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!

The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased...
The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased we chose to stay in a quieter area with quieter beach as Villa azur is right on the beachfront with amazing views! The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, same with breakfast. Rooms are fairly small but we knew we had booked this so we’re happy. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful!
We travelled into Monaco ans nice and would highly recommend the train from villenouve (5mins walk from hotel). Taxis are expensive but Uber was more reasonable.
We also got engaged here on the beach and it was quiet and perfect! We’re already planning to come back next year!

I have few complaints..
The door of bathroom was not working properly and couldn't be locked
There were insects and bacteria and bugs in bed. We could not sleep well in five nights
My wife has serious injuries and swelling due to those insect bite.
The person/ attendant at reception counter was helpless inspite of getting reported.
There is no facility to get food, you will have to cook it

The hotel is above the 2 star. The rooms are spacious, clean, cool and quiet and sleep very well. We accommodated ourselves relatively easily at the accommodation device from entering it, typing the reservation number on booking.com. The hotel also has a seating area with tables and chairs.
The breakfast buffet was above expectations, we had a choice of food for a perfect start to the day.
We had a great three nights here. The studio is comfortable and has a nice outdoor area. Laurène was very helpful, and available to answer any questions. The studio is a five minute drive from Villeneuve Loubet plage.
The staff were friendly, there was a microwave we could use. Great location close to the station. Air con in the rooms are amazing. Clean rooms, i love hotel f1s.
