Nice countryside location. No shops or anything around but we expected that so were fully prepared with an earlier supermarket stop. Everything you need inside to cook a nice meal (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer etc). Dishwasher and coffee machine bonus. Good shower. Comfy rooms. Super dog friendly.

On arrival we were met by a lovely Border Collie who sat at the head of the drive and literally guided round the building into a free car parking space. This is quiet, peaceful secluded property set in the centre of an interesting small town. Excellent facilities, scrupulously clean and somewhere one could immediately relax. Our host was welcoming and helpful offering a welcome drink and advice on where to eat that evening. Breakfast the following morning was excellent; fresh fruit, home made jams, excellent coffee and of course a cheerful good morning greeting.
