Staff were superb. Checked in late in the evening, showed us where secure alternative parking was at the hotel rate . Opened the bar for us. Borrowed a bottle opener from them . Nothing was to much trouble for them. A great start to our stay after the long drive in the rain .They gave us a map and suggestions for a walk about the following day.Extremely helpful . Breakfast was superb , hot food or continental .set us up for the day .fantastic location.metro station nearby.comfortable walking distance to city centre. Toulouse is a beautiful city. All good. Excellent in all aspects! Staff at the front desk were so helpful and polite! The rooms are not just beautiful and playful but practical and super comfortable! The bed is very big and comfortable so is the shower and bathroom. The restaurant is a must when you stay here and so is the roof bar! We didn't choose to have breakfast here, but the dinner was 10/10! The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything, close to train stations and surrounded by an area full of amazing restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and it is safe to explore. Cleanliness is perfect from the sheets to the towels and squeaky clean bathroom. Last but not least, the design and quality of this hotel is just unique and makes the experience of staying somewhere besides your home a special highlight! Playful, fun, cheeky, and executed perfectly! Extra points from us go to the environmentally friendly ethos of the hotel if you are someone who cares. Also, they offered to safely store our luggage until it was time for our flight. You pay good money, but it is worth every penny!

The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection...
The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection and the murals in the Capitole were cultural highlights, but Toulouse is really all about being a 'flaneur' rather than individual sights. Unfortunately a couple of the museums on our list (Agustins, Chateau d'eau) were out of action while major improvements are underway, but we will certainly be back when they reopen. We bought a 3 day Pass Tourisme which was excellent value, but make sure you check opening times for sites as these are extremely variable. We would recommend Campagne and Restaurant 62 for dining.

Toulouse is a brilliant city with many things to do, yes it is expensive but we had an amazing time and visited many galleries and museums. I would highly recommend buying the Tourist pass as we saved a lot of money.
Perfect central location in Toulouse, very close to Place du Capitole, very helpful and positive staff and good breakfast everyday, quite good value for the money. Very easy to reach the hotel via Toulouse Blagnac Airport shuttle and dropping off by Jean D’Arc station (walking distance to hotel) Great wireless speed for business purposes. No need to activate via room number log in etc. Taxi arrangement via reception works flawlessly.
The facilities are very nice, clean and modern. The staff is helpful and speaks French and English. Check in and check out was quick and easy. They do have luggage storage but inquire about it first thing because it does fill up. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground level. The rooms are so clean. The beds are comfortable. The price can't be beat. The best value hotel I've been to in France.
Very happy with this brand new hotel located in a quiet residential area, but on the main bus route to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, having kitchen facilities in the room was great bonus too. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk from the city centre, but we thoroughly enjoyed finding different routes to use, along the canal, through the park etc
Amazing location to the old city centre. The Christmas Market was outside the hotel doors. We were surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is elegant, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spacious for four people. The beds had lots of pillows.

We spent two nights in Toulouse before meeting friends at the airport for an onward journey. The hotel is in a wonderful location, convenient for all the sights. Lovely room, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The young man Alexandre on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The hotel approximately 10 minutes walk to/from Gare Matabiau and bus station. Centrally located. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. They accept luggage for storage prior to check in as we transited in Toulouse on our way to Lourdes.
The breakfast was really good, the room was spacious and quiet. The staff were extremely nice too. The hotel is a little outside of Toulouse but there is a bus that quickly gets you into Toulouse city centre. I will stay here again.
