The property location is excellent, central but also quiet. I received a code for entrance instead of the keys - very practical method. The apartment has absolutely every amenity one can think of, both in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is very nicely decorated, very practical. In the kitchen there are glasses, mugs, crockery, cutlery, saucepans of all kinds, electric mug, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine. Bed linen and towels OK, mattress, pillow and pillows are excellent. There are a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and large TV in the living area . All in all everything has been provided to make for an extremely comfortable stay. The communicative host was helpful. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay in Petr’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved having the large space to spread out, do some washing and explore beautiful Toulouse. The location couldn’t have been better. It was in a lovely quiet area but close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. After exploring the city we agreed we’d picked the perfect location to stay. Petr generously supplied the apartment with dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid. There was also an iron, ironing board, airer and clothes dryer. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was also excellent with everything we needed. Petr was really helpful when we arrived earlier than our check in time and we were so grateful to be able to access the apartment earlier. We would definitely come back to Toulouse and we honestly can’t recommend this apartment any higher.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Petr was friendly, responsive, and most accommodating when we needed to change plans due to strikes. The apartment is generously sized and complete with everything you need, including coffee, cooking oil, paper towels etc. Location is perfect downtown and close to cafes, shops etc.

It was all fabulous. From initial welcome/information sent from Petr, the actual apartment, the bedding, location- all of it was perfect. There was even construction being done up the road but once you closed windows etc, it was very quiet.

Beautifully finished apartment that's much larger than the photos show, with very stylish furniture and well equipped. Really a pleasure. There are also large wardrobes and plenty of space to move into. Bathroom is large, good shower, separate toilet. Location is great, in the heart of town but on a quiet street. Shutters and thick curtains make the room as dark as you like. Parking by the cathedral is a two minute walk away.
