Perfect location near the airport if you have an early flight. Just 13 minutes away from T2. Apartment was well equipped and we were really happy with the kitchen. Communication was clear and nice. Thank you! Totally recommended.

The apartment had so much more than we expected: coffee, milk, food, bathroom things. The kids were excited.

It looked okay, but was not there for Tille at all ! It just happened that I was offering a friend from Ireland a lift to Beauvais as both were returning from Lisieux and me going on to Amiens from there. Thought it prudent to break up the fairly long "off motorway" drive !
Very easy to walk to Beauvais airport for an early flight. The room had everything we needed and was very cute. The room was nice and warm when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed longer. We only there for a few hours as our plane from Canada was very late arriving to CDG. We were too late for bus from Porte Maillot so we had to take train from Gare du Nord to Beauvais, then didn’t have change for bus to airport so took Uber. Bus is €4. We didn’t have an easy time to figure out CDG-Beauvais so I hope this may help someone.
The location is great for those who arrive at the Tillé airport. Took around 10 mins walk to get to the apartment. As well, the apartment is well equipped with all the necessities (even the shower gel and shampoo). Yet, if you travel in October / November it may be littlecold without heating switched on. Luckily, the apartment has a lot of radiators to maintain the comfortable temperature. For hotter seasons the ventilation is present at rooms. The staff was super caring and resolved our questions even close to midnight.
Probably one of the best experiences of staying somewhere with a baby!!! The property asked the age of our baby and they had a high chair set with snacks and toys, and so many other facilities for babyyy (age appropriate toys, changing mat, wipes, snacks for us)! Really they thought about everything!!
Also soooo close to the beauvais airport (we walked for 10 mns with luggage and a baby and it was super easy).
I wish every stay was like that, it was a breath of fresh air after a long journey to get there.
Host was really warm and friendly. The place is not far from airport but remains really quiet. Breakfast is really nice. Common room for is well equipped and friendly, games available for playing with kids.

The place is also nicely organized with parking spots if you come by car or for dropout. A lot of green and wood. Much better option than simple Airport Hotel.

What I appreciate the most is the walking distance to the airport. Literally less then 10 minutes. I arrived late at night and departed early morning and the streets looked cosy and totally safe. I walked in the middle of the night from Beauvais airport to Appartement Houlet.

The place was very clean and the proprietors were eager to please.. As a vegetarian, I didn't find what to eat for dinner in town and so I sat down to eat the breakfast food in the evening. They were very flexible about this and concerned for me. I had a very early flight out of Beauvais airport and I was able simply to walk to the airport in fifteen minutes which was very convenient.
This place exceeded all our expectations, as we were looking for the authentic place, where we can relax far from the noise of city for vacations.
Whenever you book this place, please look carefully if this place is what you are looking for. It is not 5/4 star public hotel, it is quiet place in the middle of "jungle", where you can relax and enjoy every minute
We had to check out of our other hotel and booked into here for our last nite before flying back and it was a perfect ending to our trip the apartment catered for every requirement and more our lil girl was happy that there was loads of teddies games an all sorts to keep her busy not to mention the fridge and all cupboards was filled with goodies
Really nice place to stay if you have an overnight at Paris Beauvais airport. It's only a 10-minute walk from the airport and it has everything you need for a short stay. Communication was excellent with the host. All-in-all, a really nice place!

This studio apartment is really cosy. Good location not far from Beauvais airport. We got a taxi because it was late at night. Lovely thoughts and breakfast things came in very handy. Really appreciated!
Everything was nice and easy to self check in. If you have to wait for the night for airport beauvais this is a nice choice to take. On the clock i done 9 minutes to terminal in airport by walking .
