Lovely town, beautiful cathedral and museums (Alsace Museum and Rohan Museum are a must). But there is also the St. Pierre Le Jeune Church and St. Paul Church. Both worth visiting.
Strasbourg is more than the city center and the museums; it has different neighborhoods so take the time to visit them all.
Lots of tourists so get out early if you don't like masses. The whole town is walkable, no need to take a bus/tram.
Grande Rue is the main shopping street, but do go into the side streets as there are lovely little shops.
3 days is enough to discover Strasbourg, Colmar and the surroundings, all accessible by train.

Strasbourg is charming, romantic, beautiful, and slow paced. One of my favorite stops on vacation. Getting around was very easy. Every place we ate was delicious, L’Octoberfest and La Cintra were recommended to us by hotel host. The Norte Dame Cathedral was a must see and the museum of Alsace.

We were in Strasbourg for two days, enough time for us to see all the major sites and even take a boat ride. The old town area is very clean, safe and walkable. The tram is convenient, but we preferred walking. There are plenty of restaurants, but we felt that prices were a bit high with daily menus (3 items) for 20 to 40 euros. Good food and they were mostly very busy. English is spoken by most service staff, taxi drivers were an exception. The cathedral is very busy, but other very interesting churches are not busy at all and are worth visiting.

Strasbourg is a beautiful historical city. The transport system in the city is wonderful. I loved riding on the trams. The staff at the tourist office were very helpful. Reductions for being over 60 at museums. Wonderful artisan bread and cheese. Loved the Alsatian Pino Noir.

We used the map (1.50 euro) from the Strasbourg Tourist Office to do our own self-guided tour of the old town in the morning then did a 1h15 Batorama river cruise in an open-topped riverboat in the afternoon which was well worth the money (15.75 euro per person). You need to allow plenty of time to view the Strasbourg Cathedral of Notre-Dame both inside and out - the Astronomical Clock inside is a must see!

Its like living in a storybook we were there in April, it did get some rain but that never stops us from enjoying the cafes and popping into shops. I am looking forward to coming back and spending some time exploring more.
The best part of the stay was the staff, very nice people! We were looking for information about what to visit in Strasbourg, mainly historical sites, and we've received great guidance.
The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram line (B) and a bus line (2) that take you to the train station in less than 15 minutes. If you prefer to walk it would only take you about 25 minutes to reach the city centre.
The room was a bit small but comfortable, good value for money, perfect for a few days.
This was a great location for a my one night stay in Strasbourg. I felt very safe and comfortable as a single female staying at the property. The hotel was a 2-3 min walk from the train station and 5-10 min walk to many attractions. I would stay here again if I were to visit Strasbourg in the future. The room was very comfortable and clean - exceeded my expectations in that regard.
Everything. I would travel from New Zealand to Strasbourg, France just to stay with these guys again. The room, the warmth of the staff, the breakfast, the atmosphere...everything outstriped all the hotels I've ever stayed in. You are so looked after and the kindness that they extend I can't put into words. Thank you and God bless 😇
Very modern room with large TV which you could cast too. Large bed. Big walk in shower. Fridge, hob and microwave. 15 minute walk to tram station for the centre. McDonald’s and Lidl across road. Bike lanes outside hotel about 20 minutes to Petite France by bike. Good breakfast. Free underground parking with good size spaces.
This hotel is all around really great. There really isn't anything negative I would stay about my stay. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location is terrific being right near the train station as well as many of the greay sites in Strasbourg. The hotel also has a cool aesthetic.
the location was a 5 min walk off the cathedral which was ideal. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, the shower very spacious and comfortable. the staff was perfect: pleasant, available, efficient and kind. We had a great stay in Strasbourg and the Hotel was truly the reason for it.
The hotel is very pleasant, it has a nice design and is located at a distance of less than 5 minutes from the Gare Centrale and the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good wifi. There is also coffee and tea provided in the room plus a bottle of water.
A clean, comfortable, modern hotel just outside Strasbourg city centre but with good tram connections to centre. The breakfast is good ...lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Due to change in plans we stayed an extra night and they were very accommodating.
The location is great just a few steps and you are in the heart of touristic sights - Kleber square on one hand with Galeries Lafayette and a road to the majestic Notre Dame de Strasbourg and on the other side Petite France only a couple of meter away.
Personnel was very friendly and went a long way to answer all questions for advice around place to visit and where to eat.
Location is good: close to the highway and city Centre. You can walk from the hotel to Strasbourg's highlights.
New, nice decorated, good service, very comfortable bed, good size of room, big bathroom with bathtub, good location. All you want from hotel to stay in strasbourg! I will back to stay here again for sure when back strasbourg!
Exceptional breakfast and very friendly personal. Cleaned and silent rooms. Excellent location - 2 min walks to Petite France, 10-15 min walks to Notre Dam de Strasbourg. Big supermarket (Carrefour) in 100 meters from hotel.
Beautiful hotel in the center of Strasbourg little France, walking distance from everything you want to see, you upgraded our room to the junior suite, and it was big and charming, lovely room. The spa was excellnet.
The location was pretty much perfect, next to both the Cathedral and Petite France. The room was average but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and nice.
