First of all, the staff - they truly make the stay great. Professional, friendly, and helpful. All of them, without exception. I've stayed at Jiva Hill several times, and the service and attention to detail are always present.

Very clean rooms and hotel, location was very quiet with good view. All workers were very friendly and polite.
The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family in Segny. The staff were friendly though only Karin (the owner) spoke much English. We arrived late and the hotel was shut, but there was a welcome note on the door and clear instructions to get in and find our room. We were also messaged beforehand with the same instructions. The room was clean and comfortable and cool enough despite the 30 deg+ temperatures at the time. The breakfast was very good though a little costly at €11 each. There were a good number of parking places.
The hotel is since generations in family hands. That makes that the service is very personal, and also I liked the flexibility to allow late arrival, by providing the door code and simply leaving the key in the room door. I also like the village like atmosphere, and the direct public transport connerction with Geneva station and UN.
The hotel was just perfect. It was quiet, family run, clean, comfortable, and the people were helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh croisants. It was close to the Geneva airport but in a sweet small town.
A very atmospheric hotel close to Geneva. In the hotel you can feel the excellent French atmosphere. Very tasty breakfast and very friendly service. From here you can visit the south of Switzerland and the French town of Annecy.

This is a really nice, conveniently located in dependant hotel. The host was very accommodating and upgraded our room to a larger one. It was clean comfortable and in a nice quiet location.
