Collection of keys was easy. Wifi worked well throughout the apartment. (Code was in a photo frame.) Kitchen has everything you need (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery) & more --- microwave, water cooker, dishwasher, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap,, etc. Bed & Sofa Bed were both new & comfy. Comforters were thick. Heaters, shower & shutters all worked well. Lots of pay parking on the street. (Free Street Parking on weekends & holidays.) Owners have a locked covered parking spot in a garage (2 buildings down & across the street from the apartment). Note: Garage Parking in Strasbourg is very narrow everywhere.
Neighborhood was quiet & felt safe. At least 4-5 eateries nearby. We really liked Kohola Poke & Salad Bar & a bit further away, Yami Sushi (near EU Parliament). Carrefour (grocery store) about 150m., Bus Stop (for Bus C3 to Strasbourg Place des Halles) less than 100m, good bakery (Le Fournil de Benoit at 1 Rue de Mundolsheim) 450m away.
As usual, the staff and the hotel are up to the standards of the chain. excellent. there is a hugh difference between the lake side rooms and the parking side rooms. the best are the lake side rooms, where there is less noise.
I particularly like the kettle allowing you to have a nice infusion when you arrive late by night.
The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, and had free parking on the hotel grounds. The staff were all very nice and helpful when needed. Breakfast was lovely with a nice view. There are no shops close by, but it was a pleasant approx 15 min walk to the supermarkets and fast food outlets.
Room with the necessary amenities and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to public transport, restaurants and the area is very quiet wich is perfect for resting. The location is about 30 minutes on foot from the center, making it very convenient.

The staff was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. They gave a room with a lake view even though we didn't ask for it. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you can be in the center in 15 minutes.
Perfect bedroom, very spacious and comfortable. Great pillows, I never had the ones that are the same as mine and breakfast was super nice too! Staff were great as well since the chat here and also in person! Perfect experience! I highly recommend this hotel chain!
Nice little apartment with clean bathroom. No kitchen but there is a coffee maker and a fridge, much appreciated. This is in the centre of Schiltigheim, convenient pour the palais des congres, and a short tram ride to the centre of Strasbourg.
Nice hotel with nice restaurant. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We didn’t have hot water but in the end the hotel made a gesture and that was great
Great bar area with lots of free games to play including table soccer . Nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly. Tram stop right in front of the hotel.
