We were just crossing the region and avoiding the motorways, but we enjoyed the spectacular views, the lovely villages, the greenery and the flowers. People living there obviously care for and about their surroundings. We saw also restaurants and buses with tourists, but we did not stop to interact.
It is a 2 star hotel, so the bar is low, but this place does what it says on the tin. It is close to the motorway, it is quiet, the mattress is firm and comfortable, the shower is powerful enough to enjoyed, the staff(of which there was only one) was friendly and the simple breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before hitting the road again.
Oh and it is pet friendly, which was a major factor for us, travelling with our dog.
I will definitely use this chain of hotels again.

Great location a few mins from a main motorway in a quiet a really pretty suburban town. Nice walks and a park very close. Plenty of off road parking and it's quiet as the rooms are around a courtyard. We arrived on a Sunday when everything was shut but a pizza place opens at 7pm only 30 secs walk from the hotel.
This was a return visit as the hotel is ideal for a stopover. Clean, convenient, friendly owners, great location. The on-site parking is particularly convenient.
