Peaceful location and nice views looking out over fields and horses. Hot tub was great and very private. Breakfast arrived on our doorstep at the requested time and it was nice to eat it sitting outside on the veranda. Plenty of parking outside the accommodation. Only two properties and so quiet and relaxing stay. There are several lakes within close proximity and plenty of good walking options.
Préstige, a property with a garden, is set in Rouilly-Sacey, 18 km from Espace Argence, 19 km from Troyes Train Station, as well as 15 km from Aube Stadium.

The outstanding food. The food in the restaurant was superb and caters for all ages. Definitely a little gem of a find.
The breakfast also a hit with all the family. Waffles and fresh orange juice alongside great coffee. What more could one ask for .

Cosy Wood House is located just off road, in a very picturesque, and quiet area in Laubressel. It's not far from Lac Orient, a huge lake with plenty of walking areas for dogs, and lots of water sports.
The self contained apartment is part of a complex which includes additional rooms with shared facilities. It's an ingenious idea :D There's parking for around 4 cars, outdoor areas with seats and bbq facilities.
We had the self contained apartment and it was lovely, the images on Booking.com don't do it justice. It's an 'L' shaped area, on the ground floor. Access is from the rear of the complex, where you enter into the kitchen, and go around to the sleeping area. The sofa bed was made, ready to sleep on, and there's a very comfortable double bed with side tables and lamps.
There are double glazed doors giving access to the parking area (making it easy to bring in bags) and outdoor shared patio. We used the rear area to sit outside (a little more private) and enjoy the sun set. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower, toilet, a good sized washbasin.
Ome Sweet Home is a B&B located in Laubressel, 13 km from Troyes. It offers rooms with private bathroom and garden views. A sauna and massages are also provided.

We had the double bedroom with the wet room shower. Bedroom large, bed comfortable, patio doors with own area. The swimming pool was closed as early June, but we sat on the chairs by the pool with a coffee in the sun. Area is very quiet on the edge of a village. The hosts were very helpful and polite. They informed us of 3 nearby restaurants and we ate at the Belvedere at the nearby lake - dinner there was vey good. Breakfast was excellent - selection of breads with salami, ham, plate of local cheeses, fruit and yogurt, croissant and pan au chocolate. All the meats, cheeses and yogurt came from local farms and the ham is the best ham I've tasted for 60 years. I would recommend this B&B. It is also close to the autoroute. There is a LeClerc supermarket at the motorway junction, so we went there on the way home for petrol and buy rolls and cheese for the journey home. Ome Sweet Home was a real find.

Great cottage just enough for the two of us. It's the second time we've stayed here - we stayed for 2 nights this time and will definitely stay again. Spotlessly clean and spacious outside area. It was perfect for us. You can buy breakfast with 48 hours notice and buy local beers which weren't available last time.

The hotel is in the middle of the forest and lake area. You need to drive to othe places or have a bike. The golf course seemed popular but not crowded. The spa looks good, but I didn't use it on this occasion. The pool is outside with a canopy built over, popular with families, but at other times quiet for a proper swim. Short drive to the next village with swimming and watersports facilities. Picnic area and several food outlets and toilets and showers. Free parking places. On the other side of the lake is another village with a larger beach and more facilities. The city of Troyes has a fine medieval centre. But I would recommend a drive to Piney for more good examples of medieval architecture.
The hotel is located in a nice forestry area and the pool plus jacuzzi are nice benefit after a long day drive as well as with high temperatures outside. The barman is friendly and has a proper selection of wine. Some comment to the wifi to be poor we did not experience (~18MBit upload is quite good)
We booked a family room as we are travelling with young children (10 and 6). The room is spacious and the children seized the 2nd floor bed at the mezzanine.
Peace and quiet in the forest and fields. The odd exterior architecture--1980s modern--is interesting, but the interior is well laid out. The room was large and well laid out also. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, The window opened and had a screen to keep the flying insects outside. The entire hotel is accessible to disabled people.
it is in a great location, in a very beautiful part of France. The hotel itself is set in lovely grounds. For us it is also in a convenient location, halfway between the Channel ports and our home in the French Alps, the perfect stopping off point en route. The restaurant is excellent and makes the stay something to look forward to.
We stay at this hotel approximately 6 times a year for the last 5 years en route to our final destination , and have always enjoyed the large rooms, comfortable beds, secure parking and good service. The restaurant has always been top quality with a seasonal menu
I've stayed here before, and the hotel lived up to expectations based on previous experience. Comfortable room. Good restaurant. Very good breakfast. Pleasant environment. Well placed for an overnight stop on the way to the Alps.
The hotel is situated in a park with a wood around it. As we have a dog, we were able to take him for a walk in the ground of the hotel. The dog was very welcome in the room and the restaurant
Great room, good food, pleasant social spaces within hotel and the swimming pool. Travelled with roof box and skis on the roof and felt that was safe to leave them on in the car park.
