Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows both soft and firm to choose from, separate toilet and bathroom. Very clean. Arrived late at 10pm, and reception was closed however my key was clearly labelled with my last name and left easily in view for me, as I left before 6am I did not encounter any staff.

None of the reviews really prepared us for the charm of Les hirondelles. It was excellent in all the ways you would expect but it had a unique charm and character from the way in which Salvador decorated it with a fascinating and eclectic collection of items from the past. You have to see it.

Some really good restaurants but you need to book in advance as they all seemed to be busy in the evenings. Parking is quite good in the evenings but takes a bit of time finding a space during the day.
We only saw one member of staff but she was brilliant and really made our stay. We we will definitely book other hotels in the chain because of her. She couldn't have been more helpful. I only wish we'd got her name!
2 or 3 nice restaurants in walking distance on the estate as well as quite a few other hotels but we were very happy with our choice
The hotel is on the outskirts of Riom on the route toVolvic.The hotel and facilities are fine ,the host is welcoming and the outstanding feature of the place i the food. Both the evening meal and the breakfast merited the Gourmand classification of the logis.
Quick check in process, friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Great value for money and great location for our travel onwards to Spain. We have stayed here on two previous occasions, and will probably stay again on another trip. Thank-you.
Simple and convenient hotel. Very close to the freeway - yet still quiet at night. Very basic room but good enough just for the night. Parking right in front of the house. The breakfast was a positive surprise.
