I found Le Clos Xavianne on Booking.com looking for a stop over on a long journey and I am glad I did. The room was very large and comfortable with excellent facilities. The host was very affable and pointed us to a lovely restaurant for dinner that evening. Breakfast was French style and generous with home made confiture. Set us off well for the next days travel.

It was a nice clean hotel with easy access to the motorway, the staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable if basic but good value for money. The breakfast was the standard selection, good choice and filling.

Carole was a wonderful host and was very passionate about the history of her lovely home. Gorgeous room and delicious breakfast with some homemade produce. Was able to buy some of her homemade jam and some beer from the local brewery. Really was a wonderful stay
