Having lived in a place with no access to vineyards, Maryse and Jean-Paul's guesthouse was a hidden gem for me and my partner. Their place is literally located in the middle of the vineyards! It's not theirs though but its quite lucky that they offered it for someone to stay with a very reasonable price! If you are into a vineyard stay experience, this is the best offer you can find. You will be welcomed to your home for the weekend by a sweet couple with a complimentary bottle of grape jus in the fridge (not sure what to call a non alcoholic wine). The room, more like a mini house, has everything we will ever need for our stay in this remote place. (except for the food of course, best you buy groceries in advance). In the room, there's a dining area for 2-3, a comfortable sofa, a tv, a soft and comfy bed, a strong wifi, bathroom, toilet, heater which you can turn on anytime when needed, kitchen packed with utilities, coffee maker, microwave, and the most unique one which I couldn't find from other places is the washing machine! I was not expecting that and it so happened that with our frequent travels, we couldn't get to a laundry machine, here's one that comes along with the accommodation! Maryse was even so nice to give us a little bit of detergent from her own cause I forgot to bring one. Another plus to this place is the barbecue area. It was another unexpected benefit we had that we could use their garden and their plancha! We enjoyed it so much that we did barbecue twice! It was best enjoyed with Maryse and Jean-Paul. We invited them to join with us and they brought along bottle of drinks! We only booked for 3 nights at this place but unexpectedly extended 2 more nights! It was such a nice experience being in this secret garden. We were on a tight schedule for our France tour but staying here for at least 5 nights was just worth it. Im even doing this review at 1am in the morning cause I felt this place is just worth rating for.

Carole was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant she recommended was excellent.

Very good breakfast. Good coffee, fresh baguette, butter, home-made jams (wow! never ate a better apricot jam) and crepe, orange juice. Terrific dining/breakfast room. And the pleasant company by hosts.

The owners were very nice. Breakfast in the garden was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Secure parking.

Perfect quiet in the countryside, total silence and a wonderful starry sky at night, the house has an antique charme but still offers all facilities.

Well stocked with dishes and (wine) glasses and cutlery, including a Nespresso coffee machine and some capsules. The bedroom layout was ideal for my partner and me (main Bedroom) and our two friends(small bedrooms on a different floor). Our host was able to answer our questions before and upon arrival. The Internet Wi-fi worked very well.
