The owner was so welcoming. She has a heart of gold. The apartment is really clean and all the facilities were in good shape just as it’s seen in the pictures.

Beautiful River and Park nearby, worth a walk for some exposure to nature. Also some lovely riverside restaurants and cafes to visit. Franprix nearest supermarket, had all we needed nearby. 8 minute walk to the metro. We felt rather safe.

Pantin does have much to write about it, but is reasonably quiet, easy to get from CDG Airport with a rental car and with good Metro connections. A good place to base yourself for a short stay in Paris.

The accommodation was not as advertised it was quite a down grades Verizon not as modern and not as well put together , shower head broke, sealant needs re newing, wall paper peeling, leak from above made hallway a paddling pool out side door ( literally).

One closet door did not work.
One closet door did not work. Shut off valve for toilet leaks. Kitchen sink faucet not securely attached, and the water sprays everywhere. No dishcloth to wash dishes. Floor could have been cleaner. TV received one channel only - everything else pixelated or nothing. Reruns of Hawaii 5-0, NCIS and Bones overdubbed in French.
In person staff were nice and friendly. Online efforts to change booking were totally unsuccessful as were all attempts to contact hotel. Or may be they received the information and chose not to respond?
Unforgiving change policy.

I forgot to say in my main review the facilities for charging electric cars and for car parking are excellent and the charge (at least with a Tesla) was unexpectedly quick for a destination charger in a hotel (about 70km/hr) and there were a few charge spots. The more expensive hotels need to take note and getting their acts together in this department, so often sadly lacking!

The property is located in a quite residential area. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Property was nice an clean. Toiletries and towels were supplied and beds were made in advance. It was a hot week during our visit and air conditioning was great for the comfort. In all easy accessible location.
- I liked the location, the kitchenette with a fridge and own bathroom - but these were my booking criteria after all, so they sort of came at no surprise and how could I not like those?
- Unlike other guests reviewing this place, I actually did like it that there was no cleaning service. I honestly prefer to handle my own mess by myself rather than have strangers touch and re-arrange my stuff.
- I also "like" the sarcasm embedded in the hotel's name. Art must have been someone's name, I presume.
The location is great coz it's 4-5 minutes walking from a metro station, and there's a supermarket on your way to the house from that station. The breakfast is basic but pretty good since it's the same breakfast the hosts make for themselves. The hosts are very cool people. You get the sense they are open and welcoming even though (like most of Paris) not speaking French presents a bit of a language barrier. We ended up both speaking to each other's Google Translate and it worked out fine :))
We had 1 double rooms and 2 triple they were clean and the bed were comfortable, in the two rooms on the 1st floor is spacious and the bathroom and toilet was combined but the other room on the ground floor was less spacious which is a triple room and the showers room was too small and the toilet was separate and had no sink, the sink was in the room. Overall the hotel is good and the staffs were brilliant. I will be visiting this hotal again with my family.
Bright, clean lovely apartment with gorgeous view…can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from the balcony. An easy 5 min walk to the metro. It is located on the 9th/top floor of a new modern apartment building right on the canal, with lovely restaurants, pubs along the shore. There are a multitude of grocery and boulangeries near by. It’s an easy 20min metro ride into Paris. However, I loved the Pantin neighbourhood, especially along the canal.
I will recommend it to all my friends for they future travel to paris. It was nice clean. Near the metro station. Within 15-20min you are at your favorite destination. The metro travel costs 1.60€ really cheap and drives you from the beginning to the end. Just follow the signs. The employers were really kind and helpful and always available. The room had all the facilities you need, very clean and comfortable. I loved the stay.
Great location in relation to Metro. Not directly on the main bvd and pretty quiet. My room 203 was clean, quiet and had a nice view of back of the hotel giving onto trees and residential area. Linens were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. The price was right, for me. Young man at reception was polite but totally helpless to really do anything other than explain why certain things didnt function well.
The location is excellent to go/return to the hotel, just 50 mts from the metro station (bus and train). Just 15-30 min to the main attractions in Paris. It has laundry, great staff, great studio room! SuperMarkets and many places to eat are in an 200 mts area. Very Easy to move to main stations (Gare do East & Gare du North)
The place is easy accessible in a very quiet area. In the zone there are many stores, so you're fine with the groceries. Metro station is very close which makes you reach any part of the Paris very easily. In sum, the location is great. Apartment has independent electric heating system. Wi-fi is fast and stable.
The building was very very secure and I felt no anxiety about leaving my valuables in my room. My room was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was close to buses, Métro and the regional express train network, so it was easy to get into central Paris. There were shops and supermarkets nearby.
Cathy and Paulo were extremely helpful. Wine, chocolate, and water, bathroom items were among the things that we received as a gift. After checking out, they kept our suitcases so we could enjoy Paris a bit longer. Later in the day, Paulo lent us the service to take us to CDG airport. Merci!
Everything was perfect! Even though the apartment is far from Paris core, it' s easy access to public transportation makes you feel you are at the heart of Paris:) The apartment is very well maintained, full of light and has a Beautiful view to the canal.

It was a nice stay and the room was clean. And also the owner was so sweet.
For location it feel not near to Paris but the nearest station "Montoreuil" is last station, so it's nice.
The hotel is under new management, and everything is getting renovated and improved. We've stayed there several times because of its location only a few steps from the metro.
Nothing comes to my mind when I ask myself what did we like. The only good thing was that we had a roof where we could spend the night in Paris, and it was clean.
