Charming fully renovated studio with a magnificent view of the Canal de l'Ourcq, not overlooked. Located on the first floor by stairs, the studio consists of a bedroom with a very comfortable King Size bed (160x200), Wifi, 80cm smart TV with Netflix Disney Plus service. A bathroom with modern shower and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and capsule coffee machine, as well as all the necessary crockery. The studio also has iron and hair dryer. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
You have access to all types of transport to get to Paris quickly (Metro hoche, RER mairie de pantin, tram) Gare du Nord and Gare de l Est about 15 min, Charles de Gaulle airport (25 min by car and 50 min by metro) Orly airport (27 min by car and 50 min by metro) Disneyland 50 minutes Louvre Museum 40 minutes Opera Garnier 25 min Our Lady 35 mins City of Sciences, large hall of La Villette, Zénith, philharmonic concert 10 minutes by foot
