I wasn't impressed. The reception was closed.
It is very complicated to open the door, poor light to follow the process of opening with the code. Good help through the hotel intercom assistance ,but I asked for a ground floor room,
I had one on the first floor instead,The receptionist had to come and change it for me.
They said that they were never notified by booking.com.
Never had a better room to offer, as they are all the same, so I don't understand why I was charged extra money from you for an upgrades which it didn't exist. Never received any rmail from you for a ground floor room.
So ,why?

We only spent a night there but the hotel was in a really quiet location close to the river which was great for walks with our dog. We were able to park at no cost before our check in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is also not far from the city center (30min walking or 15min by tram). The breakfast was available from 6-6:30am which is great for early birds or people with a lot of road to do like we had. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of cheese and pastries.

The reception and bar team were lovely, very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious, and one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had - fresh berries, fruit, yogurt, nuts, cooked breakfast, pancakes, the list goes on and it was very tasty, good quality too. There was a gym that was moderately equipped and the hotel was modern. Location was good, just off the highway and easy to stay one night as a stop off. The aircon worked well and there was free parking.
The hotel, the staff, the food, the rooms, the pool…all of it was outstanding. I wish we had been able to stay longer!
The staff was professional, and also kind to our children, including small gift bags for them.
The spa was steadily busy and the restaurant provided an excellent meal.
I wish we would have had time to walk the grounds and to play a game of pool.
The hotel is situated in a little pocket of calm along a river with a small forested area. Our room was spacious and quiet with a great view of the river and adjacent forest. We used the pool area and that was well appointed. The restaurant served delicious food with attentive staff. The breakfast was very, very nice. Parking was convenient and easy.
Large parking, in addition, the receptionist allowed us to leave the car for additional time when we had checked out from the hotel for free. Breakfast was good enough. The location is in the cozy suburbs of Strasbourg, you can take a train to the station which is 5 minutes away.
Very good hotel for the price performance ratio. Basic necessities and clean rooms. Adjacent rooms with a door connection for families. In a relatively good neighbourhood with access to shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is ample free parking available on site.
It's a nice hotel for the price and for one or two nights. We had a room next to a door and of course it was a bit noisy, but nothing really extreme, so we had a nice sleep in the end. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast is good for the very affordable price.

The hotel feels like a real chateau! Beautiful gardens and the parking inside is handy and safe. The rooms, though, feel old but in good shape. The view from the balcony felt super relaxing. The location was great too nothing is beyond 15min drive max
Great house in the Strasbourg area. Three upstairs bedrooms with sleeping for two each plus one sleeping downstairs on a twin bed. Parking for our vehicle plus one and a half bathrooms. The owners were very nice and responsive.
First of all the hotel is located in a very nice place. it is very quiet, lovely and also inside of the rooms are very clean.The staffs are very friendly so it is really good place for making holiday just for resting.
