The bathroom was just great - the easiest and best shower I encountered on my whole trip. The women staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had Canadian maple syrup for the crepes! The location was perfect for access to the Remparts and to the centre of the town.

Fantastically good breakfast. Very comfy bed. Attitude of the staff, the young man who helped us with the parking difficulty in particular. Luxury fittings.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely walk around the town (beautiful) and the room was exactly what we wanted. Went for a swim as well!

The location is perfect - only a short walk from the old town. There's free parking at the station, just across the road. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but there's a very attractive terrace at the front of the hotel - perfect for a last drink in the evening. We'd be happy to stay again if we were in the area.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and always enjoyed it. We stayed in room 110. The rooms are nice, clean, but very warm, there is a fan provided which did go a little to helping. Kettle provided.
This time we were very pleased to find that you could book secure private parking on the hotel premises for 7 euros a day which was easily accessed and quality because of the parking in Obernai itself. Also bonus market on the Ramparts behind the hotel on Thursday morning.
My only criticism was the breakfast. The bread and croisants were dry and hard, the choice of ham and cheese was minimal. I'm afraid this did not seem the quality of previous years for the amount paid.
Despite this I would recommend this hotel to other travellers especially for the location in the centre of the town.

We had a room designed for someone with a disability.
We had a room designed for someone with a disability. It had wheelchair access although we didn’t use it. The shower/wet room was well designed for the disabled. It had a high rise toilet !! Access to the room/suite was by lift. It couldn’t have been more comfortable and accessible. Great wine and picturesque buildings . Drawback with wheelchair is the cobbled streets but choosing route carefully can obviate this!

Colmar is the best known town in Alsace but Obernai is better! Driving there is a challenge because of the one-way system but there is plenty of parking and the old town needs to be explored on foot. There is an extensive selection of tea shops and restaurants in the old town.

Obernai is a lovely small city encircled by an ancient city wall. It has great craft stores and restaurants. It also is at the foothills of Mt St Odile, a fabulous place to visit and hike in the surrounding forests.
The location of the apartment is fabulous, right in the old part of Obernai, close to all the sights and amenities, but very quiet with no through traffic. Easy walking distance from the train station. The apartment is as named - calm and cosy. Very clean throughout, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good washing machine and an airer to dry clothes, and an excellent shower. Fabien the host was fantastic, very helpful and readily answered any questions. Obernai itself is also a delight.
The hotel is located close to a lot of Obernai's main company sites so relatively easy to access. Everything takes about 15-20min to get to - whether it's the company sites or the city center. The train station is nearby.
The rooms are of decent size and very clean.
The bakery in front of the hotel is extremely good and it was very convenient to be able to walk there for Bfast.
This is a wonderful 4* hotel in the very centre of Obernai. Our Exclusive Family room was very spacious - with separate bedroom and living room. Soundproofing was good, which was valuable given that the cathedral bell and the clock tower start chiming as of 7am. The beds are comfy. There's a reasonably priced public parking nearby or you can park in the hotel garage.
- the breakfast is great! they get their bread and pastries from a really good bakery, super delicious! In general, we were more than impressed with the breakfast items and would already just return for breakfast
- the beds were very comfortable
- the location is just great
- free water and snacks at the reception
- the hotel dog Romy! so, so cute
The location of the hotel is perfact in the centre of Obernai. The room was OK with nice bathroom and drinks tray. It was a little warm but a fan was provided. The secure private parking was very good even at 7 euros per night. The breakfast breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice of meat and cheese, both the bread and croissants were dry.
My wife and I self catered so we had most provisions in the car. However after a few days we did a small food shop for immediate use and for the two day journey home. However the flat was comfy and most of the fitting were on the new side, which meant they were clean and usable. The flats position in Obernai and surrounding area was excellent.
The apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, exceptional facilities, comfortable and somewhat stylish. Honestly, it felt like somewhere where we could happily live; an achievement that the owners should be praised for! I would 100% recommend this to anyone interested in staying in Obernai.
Breakfast was average - not a lot of choice, thought.
Location is perfect - right in front of the pedestrian area of Obernai and a 2 minutes walk from a very large and free car park.
Family rooms are nicely laid out with two separate (by a door) areas.
Good stop off hotel, friendly staff, easy walking distance from the town centre (less than 2 Kilometres).
Easy to locate.
Room clean and fresh.
Great patisserie in front of the hotel.
Ample secure parking.
Beautiful home with spacious and well appointed rooms. The view out across the Alsace was amazing. Bed was super comfortable with soft linens. Breakfast was a great start to our day.
The location of the hotel is great. It is in the city centre and thus very close from everything you might want to visit.
The house is quite old but well mantained. We loved it!
Excellent location - right in the middle of Obernai. Quaint town and the two nights, three days that we spent here were just right for us. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Beautiful property, world class spa, nice sized pools, the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had, spacious rooms, very nice restaurant for dinner, good air conditioning.
