Philippe and Guadalupe provided an extremely generous and delicious breakfast: prosciutto, baguette, croissants, chocolatine, fresh fruit, orange or apple juice, delicious coffee. They joined us for breakfast also and told us the interesting history of the castle. Excellent breakfast. Lots of fruit, coffee, and eggs done to order. Suited us, just right for how our day subsequently turned out. We were able to continue our journey until lunch time, when we were ready to eat again.
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, though some may find having a clear glazed shower in the room disconcerting. We’ve been married long enough for it not to be a problem, but others may find it to be.

Unique interesting and fascinating. The delights of this property are the quirky rooms dinning areas and the location. Visiting was more like staying with friends than at a booked accommodation as the hosts when helpful friendly intriguing and interesting with their stories and knowledge of the local area.
