A lovely little hotel overlooking the River Loire. Moderate sized room, decorated in a nice traditional French style. As this is a Logis de France hotel, we ate in the restaurant which though decorated in a modern style, is comfortable and friendly. Most importantly the food is exceptional!

This B&B is in a modern house in a cul-de-sac near the church above the river and Loire a Velo cycle trail. The host was very friendly and stored our bikes in his locked garage. Breakfast was excellent and included freshly squeezed orange juice. We walked to the auberge restaurant at the bottom of the hill near the bridge for dinner.

Nicoletta was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Nicoletta kindly gave us the room with the 4 poster bed, which was wonderful. We also had the pleasure of JC's company. Breakfast was very enjoyable too.

Absolutely stunning chateau - we arrived while a wedding was taking place and it was lovely.. Our room in an annex behind was fantastic - really nicely designed. Breakfast was amazing and our dip in the pool followed by steam room was an unexpected but brilliant experience.

Easy to find in the centre of town with ample free car parking. The hosts are lovely and speak good English. It is fantastic value for money although the decor could do with a refresh. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and exceptional value for money.
Les Jardins de l'Anjou is located in a vineyard, 5 minutes from the Loire River, 30 km from Angers and 80 km from Nantes.

Breakfast is ok. Great apple juice, french bread and, of course, cheese. Coffee quite good - I used to work for a company that roasted coffee and I use coffee from the Atherton Tableland in Australia so am reasonably demanding.
I like having the gym available and being able to go in late at night or early morning. It is run down and most of the machines are end of life but there is enough kit there to have a decent workout. A very small investment (basic equipment without lots of electronics) would be good - e.g. a spinning machine using magnetic resistance would have been a better buy than the exercise bikes as they are far more robust.
JdA is very quiet and when it is open the restaurant is excellent.

This conversion was perfect for our night stay with bikes and bags. The hosts had provided excellent breakfast for us and everything was carefully thought of for our comfort. Location was excellent and easy to walk to things.

Upon arrival we found a very generous supply of bread, brioche, cereals, butter etc for a continental breakfast for us to prepare ourselves which was unclear from the description on Booking.com.
The accommodation had a small garden plot which was useful for the dog to be able to go outside.
The bed was comfortable, although against a wall on one side.
A very comfortable small hotel with high standards. Friendly staff, our room was very clean with nice furniture and a great view of the Loire and bridge. The fixed evening meal menu was the same for both days of our stay with a limited 29 or 42 Euro choice however the food was very good. The buffet continental breakfast choice which included omelette was also good. We would both happily book to stay here again.
