Very well situated. The property is “well worn” but very clean with everything we needed. The food was very tasty and good value for money. The staff were very clean , efficient band friendly.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of Rouen, Parking in the hotel's underground car park was good, lovely room, very good breakfast, when we arrived, we couldn't find how to get to the car park, a lovely receptionist wrote on a piece of paper a very detailed route of how to get there, she was so helpful

The main plus for this hotel is the location - all the rest is disappointing. The only plus is that the room was tidied up every day by a friendly staff member. A plus also for the offered breakfast (typically French: excellent baguette, croissants, and marmalade different choices for coffee and tea and some fruit juice).
Easy to find, with ample private parking. Staff are welcoming and helpful (I speak very little French), abd the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have breakfast, but my dinner was excellent and really good value.

Grim, quite honestly, as soon as we found our room, not guided at all by the receptionist, we saw it was awful, so we booked another hotel and immediately went back to reception to cancel our stay at this hotel.

Good parking and very clean throughout. Nice to find a kettle in the room and a supermarket next to it. Nice friendly staff.
The only fault, which is the deal breaker, there is no air con or fan in the room making it totally unsuitable for motorcyclists if you get wet. Our clothes were still wet the next day. Even if we didn't get wet, it was 34+ degrees and because of no ventilation in the room we had quite a restless nights sleep. If we opened the window flies and mosquitoes would come in. Because of that single issue, I couldn't recommend this hotel.

The location was helpful for an overnight stay - close to the motorway. I liked the restaurant in the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the en suite a good size. I liked the large and fluffy towels.
The room was so clean and I like the approach of the hotel about environmental issues. The suite was so cute and efficient to stay for long term too. The location was perfect I took my bus in front of the hotel.
