near to center and all what you need for a short stay. recently Renovated so in really good state! Parking Spot.
Easy to find, with ample private parking. Staff are welcoming and helpful (I speak very little French), abd the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have breakfast, but my dinner was excellent and really good value.

Grim, quite honestly, as soon as we found our room, not guided at all by the receptionist, we saw it was awful, so we booked another hotel and immediately went back to reception to cancel our stay at this hotel.

Good parking and very clean throughout. Nice to find a kettle in the room and a supermarket next to it. Nice friendly staff.
The only fault, which is the deal breaker, there is no air con or fan in the room making it totally unsuitable for motorcyclists if you get wet. Our clothes were still wet the next day. Even if we didn't get wet, it was 34+ degrees and because of no ventilation in the room we had quite a restless nights sleep. If we opened the window flies and mosquitoes would come in. Because of that single issue, I couldn't recommend this hotel.

Very nice clean well kept hotel, lovely setting,nice gardens.Safe parking & free, staff very helpful, changed our room to 1downstairs with no problems (I should have checked before booking that there is no lift) called us a cab to go into town.A very nice experience,& approximately 2 hour journey to channel tunnel.
Up to the usual Brit hotel standard which is the main reason for choosing this particular chain.
Steak house within a 3 min walk and several more options within 10 minutes.
Receptionist very helpful in my request for a ground floor room due to a knee injury.

The location was helpful for an overnight stay - close to the motorway. I liked the restaurant in the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the en suite a good size. I liked the large and fluffy towels.
Everything except the male manager he was rude and arrogant. The lady manager was very pleasant and looked after us very well she could teach him a thing or two I would have rated the hotel much better if he had not been so rude.
Driving from Bordeaux to Calais we decided to stay here so we had a short drive the following morning. Chose this hotel after reading the reviews about being very dog friendly. Food and staff good. We will definitely be back!
The room was so clean and I like the approach of the hotel about environmental issues. The suite was so cute and efficient to stay for long term too. The location was perfect I took my bus in front of the hotel.
