The location was fantastic with beautiful views over the Annecy lake, the hostess was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips where to go in the neighbourhood, the garden was beautiful to watch stars and the breakfast was amazing!
On top of that, the beds were so comfortable, we were very well rested after our stay at La Vallombreuse, I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here.

Loved our stay at the ibis in beautiful Annecy. Great central location in the old town and right near all the great restaurants and cafes. Easy to duck in and out of the accommodation throughout the day as you please. A wonderful upbeat vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything we needed and was well laid out to utilise the space. We enjoyed the breakfast too!

We loved the location and also the very friendly and cheerful staff!! They were very welcoming and happy! The free hot drinks & snacks provided between 1pm- 9pm were wonderful- particularly loved the hot chocolate! Our room was set out well, was quiet and all amenities very clean! We slept well in the comfortable bed! Highly recommended!! (restaurant almost next door was also super for dinner!!) (Annecy is beautiful!)

Menthon-Saint-Bernard is a very small town but it has a bar, restaurants, bakers and a well-stocked "local" supermarket. People very friendly! Where nearby Annecy is a beautiful, bustling city, Menthon is better for those who prefer the relative peace of the lake and mountains, yet is only a half hour drive into the city. There is also a bus service. Obviously very popular with cyclists, it is a VERY cycle-friendly place! There were lots of annoying roadworks at the time of our visit. We ate at the hotel and at the Chalet by the lake - nice, chilled pub-grub type food.

The room size, balcony, and the view from the room were great. The size of the bed was huge and accommodated for our dog with no issues (as he likes to sleep with us). The hotel is just renovated and everything was new. Room service and staff were exceptionally friendly. Also, there's a ground floor that allows you to bypass the reception on the 1st floor, if you need to sneak our with a pet. The territory was great for a short walk with the dog before sleep. The nearby park (The Rock) is a good an quiet place to walk.
The view across the lake was amazing and breath taking. The private jetty and lake access was so enjoyable. The hotels lake side restaurant was very refreshing and perfect setting for its location within the hotel gardens. Location was spot on for us, about a 9km cycle to the main centre of Annecy, walking distance to eating places nearby. Staff attentiveness could be a little more on a few items upon check-in, but to be honest you felt relaxed at the hotel and very calm.
Everything is so beautiful, beyond the description and the service is so wonderful. Mr. Sebastian, who worked as vehicle coordinator, helped me booking the taxi in different cities for a long time. I am very grateful to all the help from people working there , such as front desk lady who helped us booking water taxi and bar attendant lady in the swimming pool area, people working in the restaurant. Beautiful hotel with beautiful people, Thank you all!

The beach is beautiful and there is so much to do in the area - cycling, hiking, eating, water sports, relaxing, and more.
The amazing location of the hotel with amazing garden and facilities. The view of the lake and the mountains and the castle is superior.Very very good breakfast with an amazing view.Only a few minutes by car from the centre of Annecy where you can find cheap parking for your car. Definitely, I'm gonna be there again.
the hotel garden and facilities are amazing. the views are beautiful. it is about 20 min away by car from Annecy old town so it is highly recommended to rent a car if you are staying on this hotel. regardless, the hotel has helped us arrange transportation from and to the hotel.
We have been visiting Annecy for more than 25 years and this hotel is in my opinion the best one around by a country mile. Exceptional location and very friendly and welcoming staff. Facilities are also excellent and so is breakfast. Would highly recommend.
Recently renovated, 3 star level. Continental breakfast ok. Best part of the hotel is the position right on the lake and the view of most of the rooms. We were there in very low season and the area was extremely quiet.
Gorgeous view of the lake from our room. It was very peaceful and we loved strolling from the hotel to town and around the lake. The beds were very comfortable.
