Magical, quiet and romantic. The history of the chateau reflects the turbulent history of the region. But now all you can hear is birdsong and it’s so tranquil and only a short drive from the motorway!
LOGIS Le Pot D'Etain is located in the little village of Holnon, in a big green park and is close to roadways. The 30 rooms of the hotels are quiet, comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

Secure parking for motorcycles is one of the most important criteria for us and the parking (paid for - around 6 euros IIRC) was perfect, with a large courtyard carpark behind a security door triggered remotely from the reception desk.
Receptionist recommended a restaurant which actully ajoins the hotel (although is seperate from it) and gave us a voucher for a free cocktail. This restaurant turned out to be excellent. St-Q is a nice little town with an imprfessive war memorial overlooking a lake. Breakfast fine for the price.

Room was comfortable and clean. Receptionist was professional. Writing easy reach of the retail park and restaurants. Good private parking.
Air con did not work and neither did bathroom fan. We didn’t have breakfast.
In the whole it did what we wanted. A room for one night on our travels. Would go back.

you get what you pay for, in this case, not a lot. The outside of the building reflects the inside. Tired and dated....utilitarian looking. Carpets were faded and stained leading to the bedroom. bed was very low , a problem for someone with reduced mobility or flexibilty. Old fashioned bedspread , blankets and sheets. Didnt want to look to closely. If i had a sleeping bag i would have used it. Room orange, furniture red. Suprisingly slept well. Room temperature was good. Shower was excellent, lots of hot water. glad we hadnt booked breakfast. Room was cheap....hotel dated .

We had a really nice stay and the hostess was fantastic and made our stay really pleasant.
Breakfast and dinner was served outside our little house in the garden. The kids also loved all the animals on the property.
Can really recommend staying here if you visit normandie. Its also really close to a lot of the tourist attractions in the area.

The most beautiful place to stay, such a shame it was only the one night.
The room was amazing so spacious. Beautifully clean, warm and so quite.
The owners were so friendly and spent time with us explaining the history of the chateau, so interesting.
We would love to stay there again and would certainly recommend a stay here.
