The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They couldn't be nicer. When we checked in, they made sure we understood everything and explained everything. When I made an effort to speak French later on, he was very pleased and still made sure I understood. The following day, it was a different guy and he didn't speak much English but we were still able to communicate and he was lovely. The location is great, in a nice town with great transport links.
Overall, a really nice stay and I would go back if I was visiting Paris again.

Very clean and well kept property that I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again in the future. The area was safe and easy to walk to a metro stop nearby (Maisons-Alfort Stade) and also had nearby shops and restaurants that we visited. The staff was very friendly and attentive. You have to buzz in at the front gate but the owner was always very quick and welcoming.

It’s very close to the Metro - just simply follow the information left in apartment. It’s located at Low Emission Zone boundary, so with a bit of luck you could avoid additional hassle with getting a sticker if travelling by car. Parking is spacious and secured with gate.

the apartment was very modern, the key lock was very high tech and I could tell alot of thought was given into the place. we managed to lock ourselves of the flat because I didn't type it in right, but Tommy was very accommodating and replied straight away with a new passcode. he was very efficient considering it was a last minute booking, and he would a hundred percent stay there again. I didn't have time to use the jacuzzi bath but the boy said it was amazing. It was great being able to have Netflix/smart TV already logged in. Walking distance to the train station/metro and really easy to get an uber to the airport.

Room is neat and has basic amenities.
I will advise they get at least one adaptor for each room or put a disclaimer when booking to inform people.
Asides the adaptor issue, for me, my stay there was splendid. When l needed to charge my phones, the receptionist gave me an adaptor which l used through out my stay and returned on the last day of my stay.

Though the place was close to a market and metro station, it was very far from Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Minimum travel time was 50 min. Do not recommend it to tourists. There was no one to check us in at night. We had to spend the night outside the property (can you imagine??). It was a terrible experience. No one answered the emergency phone no and the front office incharge was unapologetic about the lapse next morning. They did not share the access code as they were supposed to do on our day of arrival despite several reminders. They were not available at the time of check out. I left the key in the room with the door open. Very very bad experience. Zero customer service.

The place is really quiet. I had a great stay. Yes its a bit outside Paris, however you have the metro station near the accommodation that takes you yo the city center. Also the area has some nice restaurants and boulangeries. enjoy the stay.

I booked a single of 12 square meters, but upon arrival I discover that the room does not match neither in size nor in appearance. It is a room adapted to an 8sqm room therefore not up to standard.
The staff is really helpful and kind. They did their best and were very friendly. The hotel is located nearby a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a good cafe and bakery at the center of Maisons Alfort. And the train station to Paris centre is less than 6 blocks away.
The breakfast deal for €7 included: a glass of orange juice, coffee or tea, a crispy croissant and half baguette, with butter and fruit jam. Not the best value for money, but nice and available when you need it.
The breakfast was wonderful ! Fresh orange juice !!, delicious croissants, fresh fruit,..and so much more.
And a very nice, cozy and spacious breakfast room.
We were so happy to find this great hotel and the people were so friendly and helpful.

The location isn´t the closest to central Paris, yet you get into all of the action thanks to the metro station nearby. The staff was super friendly and patient, as I don´t speak French. The hotel, my room, clean and quiet and even "roomy" for Paris standards. A good enough breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again. Value for my money.
We enjoyed two nights in this hotel and the staff was always very helpful. We arrived without a reservation for parking the car but they still gave us the possibility to park it in their dedicated parking so that was great. The metro is close by, getting to the center takes less than an hour. The neighborhood is calm.
There was free breakfast Mon-Fri and it was quite satisfactory. The metro line 8 stops at the hotel!Across the street there is a commercial center-marche,boulangery that's open in weekends too. The lady who welcomed us and offered breakfast is very nice, smile and helpful.
The flats are recently constructed and in good condition. The mattress is a little bit hard, but in general it is comfy. Kitchen is equiped. Price is very acceptable, but it is far from the city center. Metro station is right in front of the hotel.
It was UBER close to the Metro and the supermarket and some restaurants... Super convenient... Obviously none is spending the evenings and days in the hotel in Paris unless sick so... All this factors make it the best possible option.
