We were greeted after a rather difficult journey and were instantly at ease with our hotel. Clean an airy room, and an excellent breakfast to set us up to continue our journey. Discount vouchers were freely given for the Italian restaurant across from the hotel, which was also excellent. Will certainly use this hotel again.

Location was perfect , right in the centre of town and across from the Palais de Justice.
It was great to unload luggage in front of hotel before driving to nearby car park.

thought this was a decent hotel until my card got stolen from my bag which was in my hotel room!!!!!!
We weren’t even in the hotel the whole day and my card has been swiped the first time we request a cleaner in the room. £60 down on my card and all they do is tell me it’s not possible it’s the cleaner when no one else has been in the room?
yes my card has just wondered off and spent money on itself.

To be fair,we did not expect much from a budget room. But it was a nice surprise. Yes, it was very compact - but everything we needed was there. A douche with soap and towels, dustbins, TV and good wifi. The room was cozy painted too. This should be the new standard for budget hotels.
There was free parking and a metro station at walking distance, which was why we had chosen this hotel for a visit to Rouen.
This is an Ibis Budget hotel so it is essentially quite minimal. But it was comfortable and well managed, and on a vwery hot day the air con and blackout blind was very welcome
The included breakfast was very good.
The location was great - just off the main Rouen road, and a short walk to the regular trams into the centre of town
I wasn't expecting much from a budget hotel but this was a perfect stop over on a trip to the south of France. It was clean and comfortable with air conditioning . The reception staff were exceedingly nice. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Parking was easy . We were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is ideally placed within Rouen - directly off the main route through.
