The price makes sense for the room as it is very small. Its close to the metro which takes you to the city so travelling within Paris was very easy. Shower was great!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, all the necessities are at the apartment and store and metro are close. The owner allowed us to check in in the morning even though the check in to the apartment time was from 16:00, which honestly was so kind and we appreciate it so much as we were after a night flight and really needed a few hours of rest before moving on with the day!

We had a really nice stay, the small appartment is well equipped and cozy - exactly as described here.
The toilet is not accessible via the common corridor as mentioned in some previous reviews but in the private bathroon (probably some smart rearrangement was done) - which was a pleasant surprise.

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom was very good, especially the shower. The location was excellent, a short walk from the metro station and from local shops, including a big supermarket and a good bakery, as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. It's easy enough to get in to central Paris, just leave enough time. The host was very helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The bed was comfortable. There were little extra touches, which were appreciated, like slippers, a candle, even some chairs for the balcony. The parking space is in a secure, underground, car park, which felt safe. There was no noise from the neighbours and not much from the street, the insulation is good.

WE DONT RECOMMAND this place because the owner is not an honest person. He did not send us the code for the key box the arrival day so we waited more than 3 hours in the street not to mention after 30h flight and 2 young kids and with all the luggage.we had to book a hostel nearby which was expensive (last minute hostel in Paris in.july...). It was very stressful situation! He contacted us only late in the Evening for the code and said he would reimburse a part of the hostel but he never did!we are very disappointed and we dont recommand this place at all!

The issue with this stay had less to do with Le Kremlin-Bicetre than the reason we had to rebook our 3 days in Paris but more to do with Chambre Dans Grand Apartment Paris 15 who double booked our accommodation despite us prepaying E190.00 in full. We were forced to look for alternative accommodation on arrival as the Owner did not even come to meet us at the apartment as arranged or answer his telephone which was on Voicemail. Le Kremlin is just outside the border of Central Paris. So we had to rebook with Le Kremlin and then cancelled Chambre Dans Grand Apartment which might have been the wrong thing to do. Le Kremlin was fine although far out of the central area where we wanted to be.

It’s really great studio in the close proximity to Paris. Everything is new and studio is very nicely decorated, I was very impressed that the owner thought about every small detail that you may need in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We had a great stay here! Metro and bus stops are just nearby, as well as several supermarkets (auchan, lidl, l’eclerc) and restaurants (local cuisine). Tv and WiFi worked well all the time. The owner is very friendly and tries to create a super comfortable spot to stay in Paris. Thanks again!
5 minute walk to Porte d'Italie metro station. (Metro is by far the best/quickest way to travel accross Paris.) People at reception very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good (but it could have a bit extra (e.g: ham). Rooms accessed by lift. Rooms not very big, but comfy! Perfect for a couple or small family (2+1). Also the hotel's garage is an excellent addon if driving to Paris (cheaper option) - outside parking is hard to get and very expensive.
The hotel was better than expected for its value. Certainly better than others that are more expensive. The food was very good and varied. The restaurant and it's staff are nice, tv screen to watch the football match. The bed is big clean and comfortable, toilets are clean and the room was warm when I entered it. For a one night business trip, it is the best option I could recommend.
Jocelyn was very accommodating host. He met us and helped install before our check-in time. Was very responding and pleasant to communicate with. Appartement had all the necessities, very thoughtful host.
Location is good, close to the metro, safe building and close to the local bakery and lots of commerce.
Favorable location, good access by public transport to both the airport and the center of Paris. It was clean. The bed was very comfy. Communication with the owner was very efficient. An additional advantage was the possibility of leaving the luggage in the apartment in the morning after arrival.
The studio was really clean and located really good,very close to metro and bus station. The host,Juliette,was really helpful and the instructions for check in were really clear. I just loved the studio and if I will come back to Paris definitely will book this place again
Everything was OK except the bed...
The apartment was clean and new. All things you need are available there. The location was a little dar from the city's center.
The only bad point is the uncomfortable bed. If there was a usual bed o give appartement number 10....
Clean room and comfy bed. Near to two metro stations and a supermarket. There is also a huge Mall called Okabe, good to take a walk in the afternoon after visiting the center of Paris, if don't want to go in the hostel yet. Clean bathroom, but no soap.
The hostess is very friendly and will gladly help in answering questions and conversation. The room is nice and excellent value for money, as it is in the innermost suburb, on the edge of Paris itself. My office in Paris is only 15 minutes by tram.
Everything according to expectations. Very clean and pleasant. Not noisy at all, though there is highway below.
There are vending and coffee machines near reception. The district has big streets full of lights and is ok, did not seem dangerous.
Lovely, spotless apartment just outside Paris. Metro is nearby to take you to the centre of Paris. Comfortable beds, kitchenette, balcony. Different shops nearby. Host Juliette is very friendly and helpful via Whatsapp.
