I booked this because of it's proximity to the train station. I wondered what could be the reason for a very low rating? I thought my experience would be different but to my surprise, it's even worse. It's very confusing to find when driving with a car. It is gated and you need keys to go inside. They tell you to get key in keybox but no key in the keybox. Code of the gate cannot be used because the number was stuck. Room not ready even though Check In starts at 2pm but they finished cleaning almost 4pm. I said I will arrive around 3pm but arrrived 30mins prior. Keys will be given in 10mins after asking where it is but took so long. Cleaning will take 30mins max but took an hour. Elevator broken, I doubt it broke on the same day. I hope they advise you it's broken beforehand but they will only say it on the arrival day. It's hard to walk up the stairs with 2 Senior citizens and a child to 7th Floor after a long walking day in Paris. Goodluck if you have big luggages. 4Adults booked but pillows and blanket were only provided for 2 people, only 2 towels as well which was resolved when asked. No shampoos, body wash provided but states in the description that there is. Allergy reason? People who have would probaby bring their own. Cannot used the pots and pans they're all scratched and some are already peeled off. Glasses dirty. Kettle cannot be used as well. Unit is not well maintained. Floors were ruined, paint peeling off. Faucet in the bathroom is so hard to open, shower head leaking splashing water everywhere when showering. Insect bites on me or was it bed bugs. Electricity shut for few minutes, I wonder why. The very good thing in this apartment is the location. Also cheaper priced. (Now I know why) The communication is also very good. They respond to every questions. And free parking provided. This apartment needed renovation. And the owners should be more attentive. When Guests book for 4 People, provide for 4 People.

It was a modern, clean apartment situated in a place where there was halal food facilities. Javeria was easy to reach and very helpful when we needed information and assistance.
