We lost the bag though we kept it next to reception (2 to 3mts away) and 'No' proper monitoring of who is coming & going out which caused loss of my bag.
Manager didn't even bothered for immediate support when we lost the bag and we need to follow-up multiple instances.

The hotel was clean and the bedsheets were immaculate. Breakfast was basic but I appreciated the warm croissants and cappuccino every morning before started the day sightseeing.

Sorry, not a good option if you are looking for a proper place. This seemed to be "another" type of accomodation.. (maybe good for people booking to spend "couple" of hours"...... not proper for family with kids or business travel.. location is strange and staff does not speak a word of english, not even a try.. was frustrating. Hotel is also not clean..

The Place touristicly is famous only for the Air and Space Museum. Nothing else to do. But is great for Business. a lot of French Trade Companies are there . so i stay there for these reason.Otherwise i would not choose to stay there. Far from everything and difficult transportation. Only by taxi which is actualy very expensive.
I ate all the time in the Hotel because not many choices outside and around.
I like the aparthotel concept, so I liked it. I like the room design and cozyness, espresso machine, restaurant and caffe in the lobby. Hotel also had a nice backyard with a terrace.
Nice and polite staff - I liked my stay.
Bus station is in front of the main enntrance so although hotel is not close to Paris center it is easy to get there by bus and then by train or metro.
Le Bourget is not the prettiest part of Paris but this hotel is very pleasant and very good value. The rooms and hotel are clean considering the large groups which it caters for and the staff are very friendly. I’ve stayed there 3 times and I actually look forward to staying there.
Kinda acceptable hotel room size for Paris Area. The kitchen is practical, but is it definitely not an actual "appart-hotel" despites the name, just an extended standard room including a fridge and a breakfast survival kit.
close to RER train and 30 minutes to central Paris. beware that if it’s a holiday, the train paths may change and then you’re stuck with a long commute to Paris or an expensive taxi or Uber ride.
Good location for those attending Le Bourget Exhibition Center (10-15 minutes drive)
Hotel has a big parking lot for guests
3 restaurants right next door and 1 supermarket 100m down the street
room was clean, the AC worked fantastic, hotel was calm and quiet, wifi worked very good. Location is convenient from Le bourget train station and bus stops very close to the hotel.
