I booked this because of it's proximity to the train station. I wondered what could be the reason for a very low rating? I thought my experience would be different but to my surprise, it's even worse.
It's very confusing to find when driving with a car.
It is gated and you need keys to go inside. They tell you to get key in keybox but no key in the keybox. Code of the gate cannot be used because the number was stuck. Room not ready even though Check In starts at 2pm but they finished cleaning almost 4pm. I said I will arrive around 3pm but arrrived 30mins prior. Keys will be given in 10mins after asking where it is but took so long. Cleaning will take 30mins max but took an hour. Elevator broken, I doubt it broke on the same day. I hope they advise you it's broken beforehand but they will only say it on the arrival day. It's hard to walk up the stairs with 2 Senior citizens and a child to 7th Floor after a long walking day in Paris. Goodluck if you have big luggages.
4Adults booked but pillows and blanket were only provided for 2 people, only 2 towels as well which was resolved when asked. No shampoos, body wash provided but states in the description that there is. Allergy reason? People who have would probaby bring their own. Cannot used the pots and pans they're all scratched and some are already peeled off. Glasses dirty. Kettle cannot be used as well.
Unit is not well maintained. Floors were ruined, paint peeling off. Faucet in the bathroom is so hard to open, shower head leaking splashing water everywhere when showering. Insect bites on me or was it bed bugs.
Electricity shut for few minutes, I wonder why.
The very good thing in this apartment is the location. Also cheaper priced. (Now I know why) The communication is also very good. They respond to every questions. And free parking provided.
This apartment needed renovation. And the owners should be more attentive. When Guests book for 4 People, provide for 4 People.

Sorry, not a good option if you are looking for a proper place. This seemed to be "another" type of accomodation.. (maybe good for people booking to spend "couple" of hours"...... not proper for family with kids or business travel.. location is strange and staff does not speak a word of english, not even a try.. was frustrating. Hotel is also not clean..

The Place touristicly is famous only for the Air and Space Museum. Nothing else to do. But is great for Business. a lot of French Trade Companies are there . so i stay there for these reason.Otherwise i would not choose to stay there. Far from everything and difficult transportation. Only by taxi which is actualy very expensive.
I ate all the time in the Hotel because not many choices outside and around.
The amount will not be refunded if the person has a two-day stay and spends one day and wants to refund the rest. He says that the hotel system does not allow us to refund you the fee for the extra day. The treatment of the reception upon entry is very bad, making you feel that you will be sleeping in the hotel, and it is the one that pays for the accommodation from its expenses Very bad hotel, uncomfortable bathroom, smell fills the room
I like the aparthotel concept, so I liked it. I like the room design and cozyness, espresso machine, restaurant and caffe in the lobby. Hotel also had a nice backyard with a terrace.
Nice and polite staff - I liked my stay.
Bus station is in front of the main enntrance so although hotel is not close to Paris center it is easy to get there by bus and then by train or metro.

The location is amazing, if you like airplanes. If you do not like, no problem, very nice sound isolation , you cannot hear them .
The staff is very nice, when we try to enter via the shortest way and the door is closed , Miss P was extremely nice and helpfull and we went around, easy.
The restaurant is nice and the breakfast also.
The location was perfect, close to the airport and Paris. Everything was perfect with the local transportation. The hotel was nice and tidy, the personnel was hospitable. The room that we're staying at was nice and tidy. The bed and pillows was comfortable to sleep and the isolation of the room was good.
Convenient location 8 min walk from LeBourget Metro station. Easy to get to Paris and CDG. Easy bus ride to see Air and Space Museum. McDonalds and supermarket are adjacent to hotel. Breakfast is available for an extra charge. WiFi worked well. Price can't be beat for Paris area.

Breakfast staff were attentive and helpful, nice selection for breakfast including eggs cooked to your liking.
Kinda acceptable hotel room size for Paris Area. The kitchen is practical, but is it definitely not an actual "appart-hotel" despites the name, just an extended standard room including a fridge and a breakfast survival kit.
I liked that there was parking at the property that was safe and secure to leave our car in, and it looked like there was things to do in three main area of the hotel
the hotel was nice & clean and tidy. the receptionist were really helpful Yousef & Ali. they provided us with travel needs like adaptor and many things
