The rooms have had a makeover and are pretty smart , new bed is a very good size but this does reduce the space to move round. Restaurant does NOT open Fri to Sun nights but there is a very good range of ready prepared meals available, cooked on request. Good parking and easy drive to town centre which has a park with a remarkable collection of large mechanical animals which you can control. They are really impressive and FREE

The staff were fantastic they receptionist helped us find somewhere to put our bicycles and let us into the room early because we were wet. The hotel was modern clean well laid out everything you needed was there. The breakfast was very good and well worth the money. The town centre was not very far away. I would stay there again if I was in the town.
