The receptionist, all of them are excellent. The spa person is amazing. The night shift person helped and even offered me a coffee as I had to wake up early for a race.

The location was wonderful, with a top floor corner unit with balcony looking out over the roof of the restaurant and the street and beach beyond. Parking was plentiful, though getting into it was tricky, if you come in from the north, as you must detour through the beach parking lot, then cross diagonally, somewhat against the oncoming one-way lane to get in. The staff was friendly and helpful and fluent in English. I loved hearing the waves crashing at night.

We just loved this beautifully designed, small but streamlined chalet style apartment raised up on supports and built with a covered terrace and great views to the lake. The double bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’d slept in and everything we needed was at hand. The walk in power shower was impressive and surprisingly roomy. The microwave, kettle and fridge were adequate for our needs together with crockery, cutlery and glasses for two. Despite being a busy family resort it is surprisingly quiet at night. The hostess Chloe is absolutely delightful and was contactable throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel on the beach, unfortunately the town and area is undergoing roadworks, and once I was able to navigate round them to the hotel, it didn't effect my stay.
There are plenty of places to eat and lots of lovely shops to browse around.

This was not our first visit to Lacanau, we will certainly come again as we really like it. But probably not in the high season, Can be very crowded at weekends and parking is limited.
We usually come in the spring or at the tail end of the season, There is a great variety of restaurants from seafood to pizza and which fit all budgets - all within walking distance of eachother.
Great beach, surfing clubs. lively at night.

Great location, easy to eat out or self cater, far enough from the centre to not hear the night life as much. Town has plenty of shops and restaurants and night life if you looking for it. Great views of sunsets from the balcony. 1 minute walk and you're on the beach, very convenient location. Apartment prepared for self dining if wish to.
Perfect for what we needed which was a relaxing few days near the beach with access to the pool.

The location of this apartment is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town.
The host met us on arrival and departure and was very friendly and helpful.
The location was unbeatable. 100 metres from the beach. 200 metres from a grocery shop and 400 metres from the town centre. The apartment was fine. The mattress and pillows for the double bed seemed new and was really good (on the firm side, but perfect for bad backs). It got all the basic appliances you need and it was comfortable enough for a family of 4.
Well equipped house, great location! 3 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to the center of Lacanau Ocean. Spacious. Great outdoor space and parking inside the automatic gate. Lots of natural light. Motorized blinds over the windows for at night.

Location is awesome, in front of the beach and near to groceries and main stores. The apparemment has an incredible ocean view and is very quiet. It is small but enough for a few nights for 4 people.
Very well maintained and clean little hotel. Rooms are new and simple but nicely decorated. Breakfast is very affordable. The owners are very nice and friendly.
