The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, and the kitchen manager Loran was really helpful as two of us were lactose intolerant. There were several kinds of alternative milks. Suggest having labels on the baked goods to indicate the allergens the pastries contain. The woman managing the reception desk was also very kind and helpful.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets.
