Hakim is the best , he is very generous and hospitable, he didn't mind checking-in a bit earlier as long as it was available. He is super nice. The room, bathroom and kitchen were exceptionally clean and well-equipped. It is also not too far from the centre and accessible by tram. Great value for money

breakfast was good and tv in the room was good it had netflix and youtube which I think all hotel rooms should have because I stayed for 2days and second day it rained all day so I ended watching my favourite films

Thanks to the tram stop this area is very convenient for accessing the city centre, there is a little to do in Illkirch, including a few restaurants, and a supermarket on the next tram stop. We used the hotel as a base and travelled into town each day using a 24hr ticket for 1-3 people which was very cost effective. Keen walkers will be able to walk into town. The train station at Krimmeri has links to the tram line, from the train that connects with Baden Baden for those flying in from there.

Really good alternative for families with kids as the room we had was quite big, with up to 6 beds available, two bedrooms and cleaning service every day. The price includes breakfast in form of buffet . Next to the hotel backery, pizzeria plus tram station with direct tram connection to Stuttgart. On the way to Stuttgart quite big shopping centre with Auchan, so you can do any additional shopping you need. Parking space in hotel (extra paid but reasonable price) or in the nearest neighbourhood
Great location, tram in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Strasbourg. Family room was comfortable with 2 floors.
Breakfasts were perfect for us. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, ham, various french sweet pastries, little pancakes, all for your musli with fruits etc

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good Internet connection. The hotel is located just next to the tramway line, which gives direct access to the Strasbourg city center (in around 30 minutes). Easy access both in train (direct tramway from the Strasbourg Central Station) and by car. The interaction with the staff before the check-in was really excellent, they helped us with the late check-in and they reserved a parking place.
Alain was a great host to us. He came with the key in 5 min after we called him on the phone. Language barrier was not a problem at all. We enjoyed our six night stay in this cozy but fully furnished and apartment. In 2 min walk you get to the tram station to Strasbourg. Parking spot was provided in the visitors area and there was always a spot available for us.
Great apartment on the bank of the canal, it looks brand new, nicely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Private parking available, even bigger car fits but it's better to back up into it through the driveway. Short drive away from Strasbourg historical center, public transportation is also just around the corner.
We stayed here in Dec 2022 to go to Colmar and Strasbourg Christmas markets. The hotel is in a nice area with convenient onsite parking for a fee. The room was spacious and clean. It is located right next to a train stop that takes you directly downtown Strasbourg in 20+min.
Hakim welcomed us like part of his family members. The appartment is beautiful and super clean.

The hotel is situated in the "Innovation Park" which it was perfect for us with our two huskies. The service was Top, from the Reception stuff to the cleaning stuff. Parking space it was enough, the SPA it is amazing...

Spacious, clean, good location for tram into Strasbourg, or for hopping in the car to go south (Colmar, Obernai, etc). Can walk to Baggersee. Shopping center just up the road.
SPA is awesome and offer is very high. Stuff in reception are kind and speaks more than one language. Its a quiet area around hotel location and its a good place to rest.
