Conveniently located close to the Caen ring road, with ample parking and close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was adequate, with enough choices.
The hotel was easy to find, very clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. The room was was fine and everything I needed because I don't have holidays to stay in a hotel room, just to sleep or relax for a while. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It was no problem for me but having food on an evening was a short car ride away which may be a problem for some people, although a phone call is all that is needed to have food delivered.
The hotel was in a good location for our trip. It was a stop off which was pretty much still on our route so we were able to be back on our way the next morning. There was a restaurant on the industrial estate but my French isn't good enough so we ended up walking to the nearest McDonald's which was easy enough to do, the neighbourhood seemed friendly enough.
The breakfast at the hotel was really nice as well, plenty of selection.
Recommended only because its the best budget hotel!

Didn't expected any miracles in the price. But, total value for money.
We were a bunch of friends and booked a stay, only to get a good sleep, and it was achieved.
Easy to find , 30 minutes on from Caen ferry port, straightforward to access key, quiet,car park next to hotel ,basic but clean en suite toilet and sink, great value
