Le Clos Castel is a traditional little domain of Normandy, right outside Carentan. We were welcomed by Clint which is a kind person and he showed us our cozy room. The room was clean and tidy, every piece of furniture was well preserved and we had the nicest view from our window of green fields and a forest. The breakfast was a surprise also, with all kind of cheese, delicious croissants and fresh fruits. We found out that Clint and Carol bought this place and transformed it for other people to enjoy the beautiful garden and nature right outside the house. And for the price we payed, it was a bargain! We recommend Le Clos Castel with all our heart!

I wanted to have a countryside holiday and got it the best way. I remember sleeping on my grandparents' farm; my small daughter loved collecting eggs from chickens and playing with horses. The cider, which I did not love before, produced by the owner was superb. There is a fantastic park with a playground nearby. One week totally relaxed. Thank you a lot, guys.
