For a budget hotel the common area was nicer than I would expect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty nice. Good shower, bathtub.

Kitchen and bathroom fittings very dated and poor and grubby. Lack of hot water and pool not working.
OK if weather is fine and out and about but expensive for standard of facilities.
Fublaines has no facilities. Meaux a short distance and some nice places to eat and an interesting historic centre . Shops and facilities in Trilport, apart form Carrefour and station, were grim.
