We booked a superior double and it was extremely comfortable. Charming host. Lovely breakfast with good coffee. We walked to city centre 15 mins.
Bedrooms were very large and reception initially gave us a room in the top of the hotel and it was very hot - without asking they asked us if we wanted to move which was very good service. The room we then went to was even bigger. This property is excellent value and has a good restaurant with it as well. Breakfast was plentiful and priced well.
Firstly the staff are superb.. helpful, friendly and professional.. more expensive hotels can learn from them!
