Warm welcome, both on arrival and throughout. The host/owner was always cheerful, though we struggled at times with the language barrier. Breakfast was simple - breads, pastries, cereals, coffee and some fruit. I took the set menu dinner some nights - didn't really get any notice of what, but food served was tasty and typically French.

Stately chateau with so many awesome pieces of antique furnishings. The place is quite spectacular and the views are wonderful. However it was 12C when we were there and the room wasn’t much warmer!! Bedding was comfortable, breakfast was good. There seemed to be just one little lady trying to do everything which probably is impossible in such a huge place. Overall the experience there was great. I should have brought some woolies!😏

The hosts Pierre and Marie Jo, are absolutely amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble, the accomadation was huge and absolutely pristine. We were riding two motorcycles and they made room for them in the garage. Tge breakfasts were great, they even did us a packed lunched to take to the Le Man's circuit..
They reserved the restaurants for our evening meal and joined us one night. Which was just a short They spoke good English and were extremely friendly

Breakfast was typical fayre - warm bread and croissants with jam, yoghurts, tea, coffee, orange juice (cartons) and hot chocolate (very watery though) for kids. Delivered to our door so that was nice!

It was deep in a quiet country side, best continental breakfast , super staff so nice, and doing everything, " Minu " explained us good part of history of the castle. The Sunset room perfect, only missing towels hanger in bathroom.

This is a very handy stopover for motorcyclists travelling through France. Good parking facilities and very close to the river and the old town. It is styled on the American motel with a separate bar/restaurant next to the motel. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel is generally quiet.
