Very little. To be fair the accommodations were as described. We indicated that we were arriving on an overnight bus trip and would like to be able to get in room early if possible - host indicated there would be a 20 euro charge. That is there prerogative but other hosts have been much more hospitable and understanding. We were not going to arrive that much earlier. In the past no host has refused or charged extra when the room is ready. The keys for this room are in a lock box with a code. That code is not emailed until the minute of the stated check in time. Check in is at 4 PM. Check out by 10 AM. Just not hospitable. There is a 35 euro cleaning fee. In the final message from the host we were given instructions regarding garbage disposal in a room that was noton our floor, not lit and difficult to find. Even when I am not charged a cleaning fee, I have never been asked to make a trip to dispose of my garbage. This item was never mentioned before reserving the unit. I wonder why? I did comply. In the listing it mentioned coffee and sweets. The sweets were 2 pieces of hard candy wrapped in cellophane. The sheets although they seemed clean had black smudges on them.

Absolutely terrible. We checked out after 1 night. Rooms were not very clean, booked 2 rooms which were far apart from each other. At breakfast there were flies on the croissants. We all felt very unsafe in the property. There were stains on the carpets. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially female travellers.

The personal speaks poor English. Ive reserved on booking but the couldnt manage it. Ive reserved with breakfast incl.,but they took extra 12 euro AFTER I left the hotel. They just took it from.my avvount withuot any info or qiestion. Thiefs!!!

I enjoyed my stay in a cosy room.
Liked · The staff at the reception provided a good service in terms of attending to customers in a professional manner. The room is clean and tidy.

I like both the lounge and restaurant areas i'ts very clean.The reception staffs are very nice and helpful: Smiling, greeting and overall a good customers service indeed. But room staffs are a little bit pushy: rushing out customers to get out earlier so that they can clean the room, when they know that the time to leave the room is about 11am or 12 am.

A 3 star hotel that would struggle to keep its 3 stars. The staff are friendly however the rooms are poor (but bedding is clean) minimal tea or coffee provided in room and not replenished.
Don't go by the hotel pictures, the rooms are much smaller than they show on their site.
Toilet was poorly cleaned, long term grime below the water line and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl so it sat to one side, expecting any moment to fall into the toilet...
there are no restaurants close buy except for a dubious McDonalds next door.
Amazing apartment with terrace, very clean and modern, very comfortable accommodation with everything what is needed for comfortable stay.
Great location:
- Metro station: a couple of mintes walkt
- A huge shopping mall: less than a minute walk
- As a good bonus - there is very good kebab place right close to the shopping center entrance

I was absolutely not satisfied with my whole experience at this hotel. Staff, manager they were all very rude and the hotel itself was very old and not meeting the price we had paid. The water in the pool was very cold. My whole family was not happy at all. Staff and Manager need to be more trained to solve the little queries which we had requested but unfortunately due to the arrogance behaviour nothing went well and will never stay there again. Disappointed.,
The front desk staff is really helpful and speaks English. Restaurant staff especially Stefano is exceptionally friendly. The location is quiet, and not too busy. only 700m away from Creteil Point du Lac Metro station. There are a couple of other restaurants/bars close by if you want some variety. Good shower. Convenient bar restaurant.
Though located a bit far away from the main city, the hotel qualifies to give u a wonderful and safe stay with all the basic facilities. Rooms are a bit small but yet comfy and clean with quite comfortable bathroom. Very close to the tram station, just 2-3 mins walk so easy to explore Paris.
The room was very clean and big worth the price…5 min from the hotel is the metro station..tha reception was very polite but the breakfast was disapoint… milk from the cafemaschine , very small disches it worth not the price. But it was good hotel!
Good location, close to the creteil soleil shopping center (5min Walk ) with all sorts of stores and a large carrefour groceries store. Easy check in, check out, and very close to a big park just outside the hotel.
the condo had a nice view and the location was good it’s about 45 min from central location on the train. it’s about a easy 10 min walk to the train. It has a bright look to it and very spacious.
My 2nd time and sure will be a 3rd and more...

I liked that the staff was welcoming, The room was okay and the neighborhood is quite peaceful. The hotel isn't that far away from the city itself, and the public transport coverage is great.
It was clean, comfortable and conveinent to the train. We were able to go into the city of Paris without having to drive. Parking was free at the hotel which was one reason I stayed there.
The breakfast buffet was good. Parking availabilities were excellent and hotel is comfortably located nearby metrostation with direct access to centre Paris.
