We had a wonderful stay with Marie Ange and Clovis who were very kind and helpful. With only school boy French we managed to communicate very well especially about Clovis' fabulous collection of ornamental pheasants and wildfowl. Not a bird farm as described in oher reviews.The accomodation was a small, well appointed, purpose built building that felt very private. The use of the superb indoor swimming pool was appreciated. All in all - my favourite place we stayed during our 13 day road trip to Italy. We had a lot of fun between us talking about the local speciallity of Andouille that I chose in a local restaurant which turned out not to be of my liking! I would highly recommend staying with Marie Ange and Clovis for an over-night or short stay in the area, The area is very rural and we were warned to be careful at night when driving at night through the forest because of wild boar. Breakfast was excellent with home grown fruit and preserves.

The garden is a real gem! full of fun play equipment. Kids were entertained for hours. Location is fantastic, 20 min drive from the Lac d'Orient (beach/swim ). Host was genuinely friendly. We will return!
